Recently, she shared a video on Instagram of herself golfing in a white top, skirt, and pink glove. Beyond golf, Spiranac incorporates various activities and a balanced approach to wellness into her lifestyle. Here’s how she stays fit, active, and healthy.


1. She Golfs

Spiranac plays golf to help her stay in shape. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more. Playing golf regularly can help you: stay fit, improve muscle tone and endurance, lose weight and body fat.”

2. She Hikes

Spiranac spends a lot of time outside. One thing she enjoys doing is going for hikes. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself on a hike. Spiranac captioned the post, “Morning hike. Happy and healthy.” Harvard Health states that hiking can help reduce stress. “A number of small studies hint that spending time in green space — nature preserves, woodlands, and even urban parks — may ease people's stress levels. Giving the growing consensus that stress contributes to high blood pressure and heart disease risk, anything you can do to mitigate stress is likely helpful. In that realm, the benefits of hiking remain anecdotal, but outdoor enthusiasts tend to agree.”

3. She Plays Tennis

Spiranac also enjoys playing tennis to help herself stay fit. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Spiranac captioned them, “I picked up tennis recently and let me tell you my ‘golf’ wardrobe is thriving on the court... but my body, not so much 😂 I’ve been so sore after hitting! I’m working muscles I didn’t even know I had, but thank goodness for the Medterra pain cream.”

4. She Isn’t Strict With Herself

Spiranac opened up about her approach to wellness in the caption of this Instagram post. She says that she has learned to not be too strict with herself. “I struggle with diet to be honest. I love my sweets and carbs but I make sure to never deprive myself and listen to my body. I've learned I don't have to be crazy strict to achieve my fitness goals. I've also kicked it up with my workouts and am excited to see how my body is going to change in the next couple months!”

5. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

When it comes to her exercises, Spiranac believes in doing a variety of different things. She shared some of her favorite things on Instagram. “I’ve been lifting, I’ve been doing Pilates, yoga, cycling... I think that’s fun to keep it interesting and different, so like trying new things, listening to your body and seeing what works for you.”
