Thorne talked about her experience on Love Island in an interview with Goss.ie, specifically, her relationship with Adam Collard. “I have absolutely no regrets. At the end of the day, what else was I supposed to do? It was just me and him in there. I’ve no regrets, but I’ve definitely learnt my lesson and it’s made me more aware of what I want in a relationship in the future. If I’m ever ready…”
2. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

In an interview with heatworld, Thorne shared her skincare secrets. "I’ll have a nice long bath, like a proper bubble bath. Thorne also talked about one thing she does to stay in shape in her heatworld interview. "In Swansea, we’ve got the beach or Three Cliffs Bay and I love going for a nice long walk.” Harvard Health states that walking has a lot of benefits. “A pair of studies from the University of Exeter found that a 15-minute walk can curb cravings for chocolate and even reduce the amount of chocolate you eat in stressful situations. And the latest research confirms that walking can reduce cravings and intake of a variety of sugary snacks.”
4. She Takes Care of Her Hair

Thorne has amazing hair, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets with heatworld, "For hair masks, I am absolutely obsessed with the Morrocanoil Hydrating Hair Mask(£26), I honestly swear by it and use it religiously. I double shampoo always and then leave the hair mask in, which really helps take the hammering out of my hair, bless it.”
5. She Gets Enough Sleep
Thorne makes sure to get a good night's sleep. She shared her secrets with heatworld. "For bedtime, I have a little diffuser lamp where you put essential oils in and that really sends me off. In the background, I’ll play a sleep hypnosis podcast which is really good for when I’m feeling stressed or overthinking too much. I honestly just leave my phone in another room and take my Kindle in instead. The only downtime I get to read is on a Sunday evening and I find it so relaxing."
