The Real Housewives of Atlanta and The Traitors star Phaedra Parks is clearly having a blast taking part in Dancing With the Stars. Parks, 50, shared a video of herself wearing purple workout pants and a blue shirt, clowning around with partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy as they practiced behind the scenes. “Cha cha real smooth with @valentin #dwts 🍑🍦,” she captioned the funny post. “We can't stop thinking about this 🤣,” commented the official Bravo Instagram account. Parks is in the best shape of her life in her 50s—here’s what her wellness routine looks like.

1. Living Her Best Life

Parks is all about women doing what makes them happy. “If you like to eat cornflakes, eat corn flakes if it makes you feel better,” she told Woman’s World. “As women, we lose ourselves in making everybody happy besides ourselves, and so I tell moms in particular—you have to take a moment for yourself, because if you’re not your best self for you, you can’t be yourself for others.”

2. Intermittent Fasting

Concept,Of,Intermittent,Fasting.,Cute,3d,Alarm,Clock,,Banana,,HalfShutterstock

Parks lost 18 pounds through time restricted eating and exercise. “Intermittent fasting,” she told HollywoodLife. “I also started eating for my blood type [Type O], but I exercise too. It’s a combo. 18 lbs. really isn’t that much weight. Anytime you tighten and tone you’re going to lose inches, so it’s more about the curvature than the skin. I have absolutely beautiful skin! After having two kids, I never had stretch marks, thank God.”

3. Cosmetic Treatments

Parks swears by the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation center’s CellSound machine. “It is a relaxing painless process and I’m all for pain free non-invasive beauty. I’ve done my legs and now my stomach,” she told Life & Style. “You have to do it about six times on each area so luckily I travel a lot because while The Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center does not have a location in Atlanta they have 27 locations across the country so I am going to complete this process. I want to stay slim and keep my skin taut and they help me to make that happen.”

4. Protein-Heavy Diet

Parks enjoys plenty of lean quality animal protein with non-starchy greens. “I eat a high-protein diet, heavy on lean meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables,” she told HollywoodLife. “And light on grains, beans, and dairy. In the morning, I have a cup of coffee or lemon water with my collagen and then during the day I eat a lot of green things and lean protein. A lot more green and lean. If I’m going to have meat, it’s going to be some good Kobe beef and some spinach. I’m always eating. Or tuna over a bed of spinach. I don’t eat a lot of lettuce, but spinach. I like arugula, kale in smaller amounts because kale can be kind of hard on your stomach sometimes.”

5. Embracing Her Age

Parks sees the aging process as a privilege. “I am an old bird … no … I’m a seasoned chicken, honey,” she told Woman’s World. “What women need to know is that aging is inevitable. I tell people all the time — you either have a birthday or a funeral – I think most people like a birthday… You just have to embrace it. Do what you want to do and what makes you feel good and be unapologetic for being a woman and standing in your truth.”

In her Us Weekly interview, Parker revealed some of her favorite wellness and workout products. She says that because of her busy schedule, she doesn’t always have time to workout. She says that waist training has helped her stay in shape when she’s not exercising. “I discovered the McDavid Waist Trainer Ab Belt through [trainer] Alicia Marie. She told me about this Velcro belt that you wear all the time and it helps you keep your stomach contracted while you’re driving and running errands or working out. So my posture is always great, and I’m activating my abs even when I’m just driving my kids around.”

3. She Uses A Face Roller

Parker has amazing skin, and revealed one of her favorite products to Us Weekly. “The jade face roller is an attempt to keep my skin tight and beautiful without going under the knife. I am trying to find every possible thing to do that. I found this roller on a beauty blog. I like to keep it in the fridge and use it when I watch my favorite show. I love that the Great Lakes Gelatin collagen powder I have is kosher, and I swear I can feel it in my bones and my hair. I think a lot of reasons people think their collagen powder isn’t working, is you have to take collagen with pure vitamin C. I started taking vitamin C packets gel packets and I mix it in the water with the powder.”

5. She Does Small Workouts Each Day

Instead, Parker says that she does small workouts each day and just aims to eat a healthy diet. “Instead of cramming a 20-pound weight loss into a 30-day juice fast, I realized that if I eat right and dedicate 15 minutes of every day to my workout, the weeks go by and the weight falls off.”

MMA fighter Paige VanZant is used to dealing with heavy weights—but even though she makes it look effortless, her training is seriously intense. VanZant, 30, shared a video of herself wearing brown shorts and a black sports bra, pushing a very heavy sled across the gym with a smile on her face. VanZant is open about the incredible discipline it takes to train like an athlete and prepare for fights—here’s what her diet, fitness, and training routine looks like, and her best advice for anyone who wants to be strong.

1. She's Dedicated to Her Regime

VanZant is strict and dedicated to her workout regimen. “I’m in the gym every day twice a day,” she told Women Fitness. “Since I have switched over to professional boxing my schedule comprises of boxing every day, sometimes twice a day. And strength and conditioning three days a week. I do all of my training at American top team, a world renowned MMA and combat academy.”

2. Fighting Diet and Cheat Days

VanZant is careful about her diet, but makes a point of making her healthy food as delicious as possible. “Dieting is a huge part of being any sort of professional athlete,” she told Women Fitness. “My husband and I love cooking and we really enjoy making healthy meals together. I like to think of myself as a chef and have competed on many cooking shows. We of course have our occasional cheat day here and there. But once we have a flight scheduled it’s down to business. Then after we fight we go a little bit crazy and eat everything in sight.”

3. Intense Training and Relaxing Workouts

VanZant is active even on her “off” days, going on hikes to relax. “Every day is different, it depends on what day of the week it is,” she told Vogue. “We have lots of classes, wrestling, jujitsu. I do a lot of Pilates, yoga, CrossFit as well. I also try to include one relaxing workout through the week like hiking. When I gear up for a fight I try to cut out a lot of the fun outdoorsy workouts and do a lot more training in the gym. I do more cardio, and I run a lot if I can. I do a lot more sparring and more combat throughout the week.”

4. Fitness Goals

VanZant advises anyone wanting to get fit to start slowly and set realistic goals—you don’t have to work out like an MMA fighter to reap the rewards. “Just taking a cardio kickboxing class [can be helpful],” she told Vogue. “You can go into a gym and it’s all cardio-based and you get to learn a little bit of self-defense as well. When I started MMA, I got into the best shape of my life.”

5. Dancing With the Stars

VanZant loved her stint on Dancing With the Stars, as she has a background in dance. “Competing on Dancing With the Stars by far was one of the greatest experiences I have been able to take part in because of my successful MMA career,” she told Women Fitness. “I actually grew up dancing and had been away from it for the past 10 years. Being on the show helped me get back in touch with my roots. I absolutely loved my partner Mark Ballas. We are still very good friends and chat every now and then. I would love to be able to compete on the show one more time and redeem myself and my second place trophy. As a professional fighter I really want that first place win.”

Julianne Hough is showing off her dance moves – and her slim figure. In a new social media montage, the Dancing with the Stars judge dances her way through life, confessing that she is always busting a move. “Not, not dancing,” she joked in the Instagram caption. “I love it!!! And I love you!!!” one of her followers commented. “Whatever it is, babe, you have GOT IT. :) Really hitting your stride. And lookin' gorgeous, btw,'' added another. What do you need to know about Hough’s go-to exercise? Celebwell has the details.

1. She Moves “Every Day"

Hough gets her daily exercise. “Working out and staying healthy is part of my daily routine,” she told Us Weekly. “I move my body every day doing a variety of workouts.”

2. She Does Body by Simon

For years, Julianne relied on Body by Simone, a dance-inspired cardio workout created by Simone de la Rue. The method mixes dancing with intervals of conditioning moves to target the upper and lower body and core. "We do lots of mat work, body-weight moves and free weights," she told Good Morning America.""The trampoline cardio might sound crazy, but it's a great low-impact option. As a dancer, you've got to take good care of your knees!"

3. She Created KINRGY

Julianne formulated her own workout, KINRGY, inspired by her love of dance. “Dance continues to surprise me. Dance strengthens muscles that I didn’t even know I had - physically, emotionally and energetically 💪🏼😊✨ I’m feeling so grateful for my daily #KINRGY practice which brings me strength and power - internally and externally! Connecting with the elements and moving intuitively is what it’s all about! The more I move, the more I feel myself in #flow and fully expressed,” she wrote in a recent Instagram post.

4. She Maintains It’s “Not About Getting the Steps Right”

"It's important to remember that it’s not about getting the steps right, but just about keeping your heart rate up and having a good time," Hough told GMA.

5. What Makes Dancing a Great Workout?

Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
