Housewives Stunner Ramona Singer In Pink Workout Gear Shares Selfie Against NYC Skyline

“Turtle time” forever!

The Real Housewives of New York OG Ramona Singer is 67 and in the best shape of her life. The reality star shared a picture of herself wearing pink leggings and a matching sports bra, posing on a yoga mat against magnificent views of the New York city skyline. "Nothing like a workout in my building with views…," she captioned the post. Singer may not be on our screens right now but she's keeping busy—here's what her wellness regimen looks like.

1

Strength Training

Singer incorporates weights into her workout routine. "You don't need to spend hours a day lifting weights to benefit from strength training," says the Mayo Clinic. "You can see significant improvement in your strength with just two or three 20- or 30-minute strength training sessions a week."

Tennis Queen

Singer loves to play tennis, especially at her house in the Hamptons. "Tennis is great aerobic exercise with a social component where you can play with friends and meet new people," Michael Donaworth, MD, tells UC Health. "It's a lifelong sport that you can play at any age and find a competitor of similar age and skill level. Tennis is a worldwide sport, so no matter where you are, you can likely find someone who plays."

Daily Walks

Singer walks for miles every day. "Walking wards off heart disease, brings up the heart rate, lowers blood pressure and strengthens the heart," says the Arthritis Foundation. "Post-menopausal women who walk just one to two miles a day can lower their blood pressure by nearly 11 points in 24 weeks. Women who walk 30 minutes a day can reduce their risk of stroke by 20%, and by 40% when they stepped up the pace, according to researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston."

Personal Trainer Sessions

Singer works out under the professional eye of a personal trainer. "Even if you're training four times a week, there are 168 hours in a week so you're actually just training 2.4% of your time," trainer Tim Blakeley tells GQ. "When you're in the gym, having a trainer means that you're actually efficient in that time."

Lyme Disease

Singer got Lyme disease from a tick in 2020, which gave her a fresh perspective on health and wellness. "Life is about having your health—health is everything, and if you're waking up in the morning and feeling bedridden, you don't want to go and meet your friends for lunch or work out," she told ET. "Life is about embracing your passions, whether it's work, family or friends and this disease inhibits people's lifestyles."
