1. She Does Planks

In her Instagram video, Ice is seen holding a plank. Exercise physiologist, Katie Lawton, MEd, tells The Cleveland Clinic that planks have a lot of benefits. One of them is better posture. “If you can remember to brace your core throughout the day, it can help keep your lower back in a position where you’re standing or sitting up straighter,” Lawton explained.

2. She Runs On The Treadmill

Healthy Talbot states that using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise.
