Rita Ora is on vacation in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the chart-topping singer shows off her fitter-than-ever figure in a few hot bathing suits. “Swipe for a HUGE announcement and some bikini pics of me on holiday 🌞Ibiza Rocks! Performing something very special with @joelcorry on Wednesday,” she captioned the Instagram post. In a recent interview with Glamour UK Rita revealed how she got into the best shape of her life and is the happiest she has ever been at 32. Here are 5 things she does.
1. She Keeps Fridge Stocked with Healthy Foods

Rita maintains that she keeps her fridge stocked up like her own mini health food shop. It includes CBD drops, bone broth packets, mushroom health snacks.
2. She Does Pilates and Lifts Weights
Rita revealed that she finally figured out an effective workout routine. She does reformer Pilates twice a week and lifts weights with her trainer once a week. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
3. She Uses Her “Insecurities” to “Drive” Her to “Do More”

Rita doesn’t view insecurities as character defects. “Of course I suffer from insecurities, like everyone else,” she adds. “But they drive me to do more.”
4. She Believes in a Higher Power

Rita has created her own faith. “And I naturally gravitated towards having a God and there being a Jesus and me following that route. That was just me. But I, again, praise my God in my own way. And so that’s the way I’m giving out my energy with my family. Whatever gets you through the day. And for me it’s nice to have that higher power that I can talk to. I’m definitely a believer in giving, sometimes, the things I can’t control to the higher power, because it really relieves my stress,” she said about her version of God.
5. She Watches TV and Reads to Relax
“Sitting at home with my partner, being boring at 9PM and watching TV shows,” helps her relax. She also reads. “I’ve just finished Klara And The Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro. I’m about to start Tomorrow And Tomorrow And Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin.”
