Her caption-less images speak volumes about her dedication to staying fit, and her posts highlight various exercises that contribute to her strong and toned physique.

1. She Works Out Consistently

Maria Laborde.3Maria Laborde/Instagram

Laborde makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shares a lot of gym videos and photos on her Instagram story multiple times a week. Consistent exercise is extremely important. The Mayo Clinic states, “Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key.”

2. She Does Lateral Pulldowns

Maria Laborde.2Maria Laborde/Instagram

Laborde shared an Instagram story of herself using the lateral pulldown machine. This exercise has a lot of benefits. Piedmont states, “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

3. She Does Pull-Ups

Maria Laborde.1Maria Laborde/Instagram

Laborde also shared an Instagram story of herself using the assisted pull-up machine. Pull-ups are a great way to stay in shape. Asphalt Green states, “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

4. She Uses The Leg Press Machine

Marie Laborde.4Marie Laborde/Instagram

Laborde shared this Instagram story of herself using the leg press machine at the gym. Asphalt Green states that doing these exercises have a lot of benefits. “The leg press works all of the lower body muscles, but it really emphasizes the quads, hamstrings, and glutes. One of the big benefits of a machine like the leg press is that it can build those larger muscles, and it’s easy to use. There are those who argue this machine is less effective at building overall strength than free weight exercises; the truth is, no matter what you’ll still get stronger while you’re using it. It’s all about you, and where you are on your fitness journey.”

5. She Gets Vitamin D From the Sun

Getting vitamin D from the sun is one of the healthiest ways to support overall wellness. Sun exposure stimulates vitamin D production in the skin, which plays a crucial role in calcium absorption, supporting strong bones and teeth. It’s also essential for immune function, helping the body fight off infections and maintain a balanced mood. Studies show that natural sunlight can help boost energy levels and support heart health, too. A few minutes outdoors each day can make a significant difference, but remember to balance sun exposure with proper skin protection to maximize these health benefits safely.

1. She Works Out Six Days A Week

Nadal opened up about her diet and exercise routines to Paparzzi.com. She says that when it comes to fitness, she makes sure to be consistent. Nadal says that she works out six days a week. “I spend between an hour and an hour and a half six times a week, plus an hour of yoga. I rest on Sunday, nothing else.” "There is incontrovertible evidence that regular physical activity contributes to the primary and secondary prevention of several chronic diseases and is associated with a reduced risk of premature death. There appears to be a graded linear relation between the volume of physical activity and health status, such that the most physically active people are at the lowest risk. However, the greatest improvements in health status are seen when people who are least fit become physically active. The current activity guidelines promoted by Health Canada appear to be sufficient to reduce health risk. People who engage in exercise at levels above those recommended in the guidelines are likely to gain further health benefits. Health promotion programs should target people of all ages, since the risk of chronic disease starts in childhood and increases with age," says one study.

2. She’s On The Keto Diet

Keto,Breakfast,-,Fried,Egg,,Avocado,And,Fried,Bacon,InShutterstock

When it comes to food, Nadal says that she uses the keto diet. “I am basing my diet on the ketogenic diet, which is about eating all foods low in carbohydrates and high in fat and protein,” she tells Paparazzi.com. “When you train, the body produces ketosis and uses that fat to generate mental and physical energy. That is why it is sought not to consume carbohydrates, because they do not burn. If you consume carbohydrates and high-fat foods on top, you will gain weight because ketosis does not occur. Since I've been doing it, I feel like I perform much better in training.”

3. She Works Out Her Entire Body

When it comes to working out, Nadal makes sure to target her entire body. She tells Paparazzi.com, “With the training that I do, you work the whole body, I have always been obsessed with the tail, the legs and the belly. Instead, my back and arms were in the background... but now I see a big change in my belly, arms and back.”

4. She Swims

One thing Nadal likes to do to stay in shape is swim. She shared this video on Instagram of herself underwater in the pool. In it, Nadal is seen doing a yoga pose at the bottom of the pool, before swimming up. She captioned it, “It’s a bit addictive, isn’t it? Mermaid.”

5. She Dances

Nadal loves to dance. She shares some dance videos on her social media. Nadal posted this reel on Instagram of her dancing to Sam Smith and Kim Petras’ song, “Unholy.” She captioned it, “A little dance to celebrate the return.”

From intense squats to cardio and strength training, Maria is dedicated to pushing her physical limits. Want proof? She shared a selfie in two-piece workout gear showing off flat abs and says “Okay, back to work.” Read on for what she does to stay in shape.

1. She Does Squats

Squats are a powerhouse exercise, and Maria performs them regularly with a barbell. Squats help to build strength in the legs, glutes, and core, improving balance and stability—critical for her on-court agility. In one photo, she shared her form during a squat session, captioning it, “A workout through the lens of @olympiakrasagaki 🏼📸.” Squats also help enhance muscle endurance, allowing her to stay strong during long matches.

2. She Does Cardio

Cardio is essential for maintaining endurance, and Maria incorporates treadmill sessions into her routine. Cardiovascular exercise boosts heart health, increases lung capacity, and improves stamina, all of which are crucial for high-intensity sports like tennis. By strengthening her cardiovascular system, Maria ensures she can maintain energy levels during extended periods of play, enabling her to perform at her best on the court.

3. She Likes Hype Music

Listening to hype music is part of Maria’s mental game. Music with a strong rhythm can increase motivation and focus, helping athletes get into the zone before a performance. Maria shared with Whoop that she enjoys listening to “Poison” by Alice Cooper before matches, using the upbeat music to fuel her intensity. The right music can elevate heart rate, improve concentration, and enhance overall workout performance, making it a valuable tool in her preparation.

4. She Drinks Coffee

Maria's love for coffee, especially the Greek freddo variety, provides her with a regular energy boost. Coffee not only enhances alertness and focus but also improves physical performance by increasing adrenaline levels. In her post, she mentioned, “Back home, drinking freddo coffee is part of our daily consumption habits.” Consumed in moderation, coffee can improve endurance and reduce fatigue, making it a smart addition to her fitness routine.

5. She Works Out Hardcore

Maria’s intense workout routine includes plyometric exercises, which focus on building explosive power. Agnieszka Radwanska is getting her exercise in while on vacation – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the tennis star shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set while taking a bike ride in the Maldives. “Thank you @sonevajaniresort and @sonevafushi_maldives for this adventure 😍🏝🐠🪸 It was amazing!😎❤️,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Tennis

Tennis is Agnieszka’s main form of fitness. “I feel fortunate that I can stay pretty lean without having to do too much gym work. With tennis, you have to play nearly every day, so I don't get to spend as much time in the gym as I would like. But for as long as I can remember I have been playing tennis, so I have a pretty active lifestyle,” she told ESPN.

2. Running

Closeup,Of,Female,Runner,Shaved,Feet,In,Running,Shoes,walk, walkingShutterstock

Her favorite form of training? “Running along the river in Krakow with my sister [WTA player Urszula Radwanska] is my favorite. Running can be quite tedious, so running with Ula makes it much more fun. We definitely motivate and spur each other on. When I'm hurting and tired, it's good to know she's in the same boat, so we can keep going together. I can't really remember any intense battles when we were younger, but there was a spell a couple of years ago where we kept drawing each other in tournaments, and that was awful. She's the last person I want to play against, and I'm sure she would say the same about me,” she told ESPN.

3. Sit Ups

What is the one workout or exercise she can't live without? “Sit-ups, for sure,” she told ESPN. “I like to do more than 300 in a single session. That makes my stomach rock hard. But when I do them, I'm thinking, ‘I wish this were over’ or ‘Now I can eat more chocolate.’”

4. Massage

After a big competition, Agnieszka treats herself. “After a tournament, I take at least one day completely off from tennis. Shopping, getting a massage, and watching TV and movies are pretty high on my agenda,” she says. According to the Mayo Clinic, studies support the many benefits of getting a regular rub down. These include stress reduction, lessening pain and muscle tightness, increased relaxation, and improved immunity.

5. She Fuels Her Body

When it comes to her diet, Agnieszka takes great care to fuel her body with food. “During tournaments, I eat a lot of carbs like pasta and tend to go heavy on the veggies to boost my immune system in case I'm worn out,” she said. She does admit that her “eating habits” may surprise you. “Unlike most players, who eat at least two hours before matches, I can eat a full meal and go straight out on the court. In fact, I prefer to do that. My usual routine is a plate of pasta 30 minutes before I'm due to go on court. If I don't, I end up starving midmatch. That habit dates back to when my dad used to pick me up from school and drive me straight to matches. We had no time for dinner, so I had to stuff myself in the car.” Her go-to junk food? “You can't beat a nice, home-cooked Polish meal. But also McDonald's cheeseburgers or cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory. I am proud to say I have tried every single one!” she says.

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
