Darya Klishina, a mother of two and accomplished long jumper from Russia, is dedicated to maintaining her strength and fitness. She recently shared a video of her lifting weights, performing ab workouts, stretching, and more, captioned: “Getting ready for the festive season 😅 #dariaklishina #homegym.” Here’s how she keeps in peak condition:

1. She exercises regularly

On a photo of her working out, Daria shared why working out everyday is so important to her, for both mental and physical reasons. “Regular exercises improves my mental health and emotional wellbeing 😁,” she said on Instagram on a few photos of her in the gym.

2. She walks

Walking and counting steps can be a great way to burn some calories and stay in shape. “My high-culture day at the museum included 10,000 steps 🙌🏼 #paris2024 #louvre #dariaklishina,” she said on Instagram, celebrating different ways to stay active in her daily life.

3. She takes care of her skin

Even while traveling (this time through Saint Barthélemy in the Caribbean Islands), she finds time to keep her skin glowy and healthy. “During vacation my skin care routine is more intense because I spend more time in the sun and water 💦🥵 What about you,” she asked on Instagram.

4. She strength trains

She focuses on strength training and lifting weights. “Working out 🏋🏼‍♀️ #workout #dariaklishina,” she said on a video of her training at the gym. According to the Mayo Clinic, “your body fat percentage will increase over time if you don't do anything to replace the lean muscle you lose over time. Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age.”

5. She cycles

Even indoors, she finds ways to hop on the bike and get a good workout in. “Sometimes I don’t have time to workout or the weather not so great outside but I found a great way to fix it with an indoor bike. #YESOUL bike is my 🔝 choice for home exercise,” she said on a video on Instagram of her spinning.
