The actress, Chrishell Stause, seen in shows like All My Children and Days of Our Lives (well-known now for her time on Selling Sunset) looks incredible, so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that she prioritizes her fitness and health. In Cavo Tagoo Mykonos, she said on Instagram, “last slide is the best 🤣💀@cavotagoomykonos The most magical place to stay in Mykonos! I haven’t stopped laughing for days-thank you for an UNFORGETTABLE core memory 🥰🇬🇷 @concierge_cavotagoomykonos @anestisevangelopoulos You’re amazing♥️” on a photo series of her enjoying the water and the company. Here’s how Stause puts her health front and center.

1. She goes to Erewhon

Erewhon is a luxury, organic food market that has grasped the attention of celebrities, and a reputation of costing a small fortune. They’re known for their delicious smoothies and healthy, natural products and foods. “I go to Erewhon a lot and they have this buffalo cauliflower that I'm obsessed with," she said to Women’s Health.

2. She doesn’t restrict herself too much

She doesn’t like to put a label on it when it comes to her diet and food choices."I was a vegetarian for so many years, but I don't put a label on it now," she said to Women’s Health. "I try not to eat meat, but I'm not saying that I'm vegetarian or vegan. I love animals, so I try and eat with a conscience."

3. She eats a healthy breakfast

She starts her day with some healthy options to get started on the right foot. "What I love for breakfast is eggs," she said to Women’s Health. "My favorite thing is scrambled egg whites with cheddar cheese and pepper." If she’s on the go, a protein bar is a great option. "Lately it's probably been more of a protein bar," she says. "When I'm busy, I normally either grab a banana and peanut butter or a protein bar. I'm obsessed with peanut butter."

4. She splurges for dinner

When it comes to dinner, she likes to splurge, allowing her the chance to have some carbs if she chooses. “If I'm not in a rush and I can go and eat like a normal human, I go out to dinner," she says. "Again, I love fish. I also love sushi and pizza,” she said to Women’s Health. "I haven't really met a pasta that I don't like, but I guess my favorite would probably be bucatini with cracked pepper and Parmesan cheese."

5. She has dessert

Speaking of splurging, she is a big fan of dessert and won’t limit herself when it comes to having something sweet at the end of a meal. "I have such a sweet tooth. I love dessert. If I'm out to dinner, I pretty much always get dessert," she said to Women’s Health. "There are two things I will always order: strawberry shortcake and pineapple upside down cake. I know, super random, but every once in a while you strike gold and someone will have it on their menu."
