Selling Tampa Star Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere in Two-Piece Workout Gear is a "Tennis Girl"
Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere is a reality TV star. She stars on the Selling Sunset spinoff, Selling Tampa. In September, Frere hit the tennis courts, and shared a video of herself there on Instagram. In the caption, she shared some of her favorite wellness secrets. "You're not bored, you just need a hobby ๐พ As an adult, I've discovered that the losing yourself in a hobby is therapeutic and fun. She Plays Tennis
As you can see from her Instagram post, Frere likes to play tennis to keep herself in shape. The Columbia Association states that tennis has a lot of benefits. "Because tennis includes short bursts of activity, it offers the same conditioning benefits of interval training, which has an unparalleled positive effect on the heart and lungs, slashing your risk of heart disease by 56% (!). Just an hour of play burns between 400 to 600 calories."
She Uses Sunscreen
As she revealed in her post's caption, Frere makes sure to use sunscreen when she goes outside. This is very important to do. John Hopkins Medicine states, "Sun protection factor (SPF) represents a sunscreen's ability to protect against a specific portion of ultraviolet (UV) light called UVB. UVB rays are responsible for sunburns and skin cancer. There are two other portions of UV light: UVC rays (which don't pass the earth's atmosphere) and UVA rays (which are also responsible for skin cancer as well as skin aging). A sunscreen that is broad spectrum will protect against both UVB and UVA rays."
She Loves Vegan Food
Frere enjoys vegan protein shakes as she revealed in her Instagram post. AltaMed states that vegan food has a lot of health benefits. "A vegan diet can aid in weight loss or help maintain a healthy weight due to its focus on low-calorie, nutrient-dense foods. Plant-based meals are often naturally lower in calories and saturated fats."
She Cooks
Frere is Haitian, and she likes to cook a lot of Haitian food. She shared this recipe for pasta on Instagram. "Haitian Spaghetti Recipe ๐ญ๐นIngredients: Spaghetti ( I used linguine). Salt, pepper. She Likes Matcha
""""""""""""""""""""""""""`
Frere enjoys drinking matcha beverages. In this Instagram post, she enjoyed one with mango. Piedmont reports that matcha has a lot of benefits. "Since it is highly concentrated, it may have three times the antioxidant power of regular green tea, says Shayna Komar, RD, LD, a licensed and registered dietitian at Thomas F. Chapman Family Cancer Wellness at Piedmont. According to Komar, studies have found that matcha: Is high in cancer-fighting antioxidants, particularly the catechin epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Contains fiber, which promotes healthy digestion. Contains vitamin C, chromium, magnesium, selenium and zinc. May help reduce blood sugar and cholesterol."
