Sharelle is a fan of strength training to keep her body strong and curvy. “Gym = therapy,” she captioned an Instagram Stories video of one of her workouts. Sharelle spent over a decade in the military. “Having felt accomplished in serving my country for 13 years, I medically retired from the army in 2019, resolving to put my family first. While purchasing my own home in Tampa, I enjoyed viewing and learning about real estate properties so much that I began to consider it as a career. Helping other people was a strong motivator, as I loved putting smiles on the faces of families, helping them find their dream home and guiding them through one of the biggest purchases of their lives,” she told Glamour UK,

4. No Fear

“I have no fear,” Sharelle claims. “For me, jumping out of planes was like a terrifying rush of fresh air and I successfully performed 49 static line jumps in my army career. It was something I felt I had to do, especially as a minority female in the U.S. Army. I did it to set an example, and to become brave. I witnessed people being blown up or committing suicide for their country all too often and it had a profound effect on me. Every day was scary, unknown and I became numb. That is one of the reasons why delving into the world of property was a wonderful escape.”

5. Baths

Sharelle understands the benefits of taking hot baths. “Blessed,” she captioned a photo of herself soaking in the tub. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

I was Allie’s best friend, Jordynne’s best friend, Madison Rayne’s best friend. Can I be by myself? Am I not strong enough to be by myself? Am I not a strong enough character? What is it? That’s why I changed my character to try and do something different and not the same ol’ same ol’. ‘Maybe I’m stale.’ I tried to switch it up.”

She recently shared a hardcore “Core HIIT” workout. “If you want VISIBLE abs, remember this: it doesn’t matter how many reps or sets you do…If you are eating in surplus and high in body fat your abs won’t show! Shredded abs formula: moderate caloric deficit.” She offered more details: “Set a 15-20 min timer and perform in AMRAP style. Do as many reps as possible of all 4 exercises one after the other. Leave 1 minute of recovery at the end of each round until completing the 15-29 minutes,” she says.

2. Lifting and Cardio

Rose combines heavy lifting and limited cardio for her regular workout regimen. “I usually work out five or six days per week, depending on my schedule, with each workout lasting about one and a half hours,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “Right now, I do a little more cardio because I tend to eat more with the crazy schedule—I can’t diet as much as I used to. Cardio is a good way for me to warm up and acts almost as therapy for me. My favorite body part to train is my lower body. I get a great feeling after a good squat day or leg session. That rush of serotonin is part of why I continue to work out and live a healthy lifestyle.”
