Shilpa Shetty is soaking in her swimsuit. The Indian actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit during a recent getaway, reaping the benefits of hot springs. "Basking under the Tuscan Sun soaking in the natural thermal spring waters," she captioned the Instagram post shared with her millions of followers. "This place is divine , also known as the holy waters, for 3000 years ,hot spring water has gushed from the centre of the earth bringing enormous health benefits to those that come in contact with it. Feel blessed and rejuvenated to experience this."

She Drinks Warm Water with All These Ingredients

Shilpa starts her day by drinking two glasses of warm water – but not with lemon. She adds one tablespoon of ghee, combined with half a teaspoon of turmeric, saunth (dry ginger), and a quarter spoon of pepper. She claims that it helps rev up her metabolism.

Here Is What She Eats in a Day

Shipla starts her day with three eggs with sourdough or avocado toast or overnight soaked oats with almond or soy milk, pomegranate, apple, and chia seeds for breakfast. For lunch she likes legumes or seafood, rice, vegetables and half a beetroot. She often adds a teaspoon of ghee to her food to kick up the flavor.

She Dances

Shipla maintains that "some good music and lot of dancing" is "one of the best ways" to start her week. "Aerobics Dance is a cardiovascular exercise, which is a lot of fun as well. It conditions your heart & lungs, and burns fat when performed for 20 minutes and more. This type of aerobic activity burns fat efficiently as you have to move your arms and legs in coordination, for which the brain has to work too 🤯😅 More muscles involved means more calories burnt," she captioned a post.

She Does Yoga

Shilpa regularly shares videos of her yoga practice on Instagram. "Yoga adds years to your life, and life to your years," she wrote in one of the posts. "I read this quote a while back and it is SO true! Practicing Yoga early in the day sets the tone for the rest of my day… regardless of whether I have a packed schedule or a less hectic day."

She Maintains "Consistency, Dedication, Discipline"

"Consistency, dedication, discipline, and effort are the four pillars upholding one's goal of achieving all their dreams… including the dream of a healthy and fit body," Shipla wrote in a post. "Modifying your daily habits and switching over to a healthy & regulated lifestyle is a must. Put in the hard work regularly and you WILL eventually see the difference. But, achieving your dream physique isn't the end of the road. You have to be consistent to maintain it. Remember that this mantra won't give you instant or quick results, but it'll be absolutely worth the effort you put in over a period of time."
