Chloe Trespeuch, an Olympic snowboarder and silver medalist, keeps her fitness and strength a priority—even during pregnancy. Recently, she shared a slideshow of her workouts on Instagram, captioning, “Sport and pregnancy accompanied by @rising.story under the cameras of @conditionacademy 🎥,” translated to English. From hiking to weightlifting, Trespeuch proves that staying active is essential for both her body and her growing family.

1. She has support

She’s grateful for all of the support around her. “OLYMPIC RUNNER UP! 8 years after my first medal, rebel 🤍 Thank you to my team, family, friends and partners, you have all been important in this unpredictable, rich and intense Olympic adventure,” she said on a slideshow of photos on Instagram, translated to english.

2. She gets outside

She spends time enjoying the outdoors. “The sport outings of the last days 🏔️🤰This pregnancy is developing my ability to adapt. For once I'm not looking to go further and further in the effort, it's a phase where I learn to listen to the sensations. And they are very good, so I continue every day to fully enjoy outdoor sports,” she said on a slideshow of photos on Instagram of her hiking and biking, translated to english.

3. She climbs

She climbs mountains…literally. “Throwback to this attempt to climb Mont-Blanc with the rope @sportplanetemaif. The weather forced us to call it out, but these 2 days in the mountains were as epic as they were fabulous. Cool to share this with summer athletes :) Thank you guides for accompanying us and for passing on your knowledge on climate issues. I leave enriched and even more aware of protecting our environment. And I'm sure the baby-to-be thoroughly enjoyed these 2 days in the great outdoors,” she said on a slideshow of photos on Instagram, translated to english.

4. She runs

She skateboards and runs to stay in shape. Reposted from @dskiables, she said “that's what we also like in the mountains: summer! The mountains provide the ideal playground for physical preparation, but also for taking care of your shape and body before the winter slips. It is during the summer that athletes like @chloetrespeuch prepare the goals of winter competitions,” on Instagram, translated to english. According to Better Health, “regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, [and] help maintain a healthy weight.”

5. She stays active

Whether it’s surfing, yoga, weightlifting, jumps, or steps, she finds ways to stay active and fit. “The big PE season is coming to an end and snow training resumes! Imminent return to snowboarding for a month of sliding/boardercross in Chile,” she said on Instagram, translated to english.

Ester Ledecká, a professional snowboarder from the Czech Republic, is known for her athletic prowess on the slopes, but she recently gave her Instagram followers a humorous glimpse into her everyday life. In a playful post, Ledecká compared her vacuuming skills to those of her trusty Roomba, affectionately named Bob, captioning the video, “Me vs. Bob.” When she's not making her followers laugh with lighthearted moments, Ledecká is busy staying in top shape. From snowboarding, her primary sport, to golfing, surfing, and cycling, she embraces a wide range of physical activities to keep herself fit and healthy. Her dedication to staying active, combined with her fun-loving spirit, showcases how she balances elite competition with everyday enjoyment.

1. She Snowboards

Snowboarding is the main way Ledecká stays in shape. The sport is very beneficial for your health. The University of Rochester reports, “Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

2. She Has A Stationary Bike

Ester LedeckáEster Ledecká /Instagram

Ledecká owns a stationary bike. She is even seen cleaning it in her recent Instagram video. Using a stationary bike has a lot of benefits. Penn State PRO Wellness says, “A 2010 study (Trusted Source) found that indoor cycling, combined with a low-calorie diet, was effective in reducing body weight and body fat in the study’s participants. It was also effective in lowering cholesterol and triglyceride levels. The participants cycled for 45 minutes three times per week, and they consumed 1,200 calories per day for 12 weeks.”

3. She Golfs

Ledecká does a lot of other sports in addition to snowboarding. One thing she likes to do is play golf. She shared this video on Instagram of herself taking a swing. Ledecká captioned the post, “Here we go.” Better Health states that playing golf has a lot of benefits. “Playing golf regularly can help you: stay fit, improve muscle tone and endurance, lose weight and body fat.

Golf can also: be a great way to keep in touch with friends, help in reducing stress (as a result of the physical activity and also due to the pleasure of walking in an open and natural environment), provide opportunities to meet new people, help develop a sense of community connectedness.”

4. She Surfs

Ledecká spends a lot of time in the water. She shares a lot of Instagram posts of herself at the beach. One thing she likes to do is surf. She posted this video of herself surfing, captioning it, “Got some new gear from @point7official and @av.boards and nobody’s gonna get me out of the water now💙🤙🏽 I got new equipment from @point7official and @av.boards and now no one can get me out of the water💙🤙🏽”

5. She Swims

Another thing that Ledecká likes to do when she’s at the beach is going for a swim. She shared this video on Instagram of herself in the water. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is a wonderful sport. I definitely recommend swimming for people of all ages," says Dr. Matthew Crowe, a Mayo Clinic orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert. “Swimming is easy on the joints, and it's very good for both cardiac health and your core strength. And it also can give you really excellent strength around the shoulders, and hips and knees.”

Snowboarding champion Chloe Kim is a huge advocate of strength training, once crediting single-leg squats and weights with helping her win gold at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. Kim recently shared a series of pictures updating fans and followers on her day-to-day hijinks, including a snap of herself sitting in a weight room wearing Nike shorts and a cropped sweatshirt. “Been a lil whileeeeee!! I need to get better at posting but thinking of going somewhere snowy soon 🥹🤍,” she captioned the post. Kim is just 23 and killing it on the slopes—here’s what her diet and fitness routine looks like.

1. Strength Training and Running

Kim’s workouts are a combination of weights and high-intensity cardio. “My trainer, Roy, is incredible, and I feel much stronger than I ever have,” she told Bustle. “I’ve also been working on my cardio a bit because I’m sick of being out of breath after a run. To recover, I get physical therapy. When I’m in Los Angeles, my physical therapist, Vinh, takes care of me. When I’m in the snow, my physical therapist is Emilie. I always need someone with me on the road to ensure I’m goes od and ready to go.”

2. She’s a Foodie

Kim’s genuine love for food has become the stuff of legend. "I'm Korean, so I love me some Korean barbecue,” she told Shape. “I have this crazy workout, so I'm like, I deserve to eat. I love eating out, but I also love cooking. My boyfriend has celiac disease, so I'm into looking at recipes and then making them gluten-free. It's a challenge, but I can make anything. Really. If I have the recipe and a vision of what I think will taste better, I'll do it. The other day I made this orzo dish, and it was super good. It's like I have a superpower. I just know what to put in it."

3. Mental Health Care

Kim takes care of her mental health through movement and fresh air. “I wholeheartedly believe that in order to be a great athlete, you have to take care of your mental health,” she told Bustle. “Sport is of course physical, but it’s taxing on the mind as well. Personally, I’ve been spending a lot of time with my family and my ‘kids’ — my dog, Reese, and my horse, Mochi. They help me feel grounded and level-headed. Just getting outside — it could be skateboarding, walking, outdoor runs, a workout... anything to keep me busy. I also like to practice gratitude and remind myself of how blessed I am.”

4. Green Fingers

Kim has developed an appreciation for plants and growing her own vegetables. "I just moved into a new house, and I have a newfound love for plants,” she told Shape. “It's actually bad. I'll go to Lowe's to get something I need, like a hose, and I'll be stuck in the plant section for two hours. My boyfriend built me a planter box, so that's been fun. I have some bell peppers growing, some jalapeños, some tomatoes. I planted a watermelon. I'm really going at it. I planted asparagus. For that one, I have to wait five years to reap the benefits, but that's okay. They're like my children now, so I'll wait."

5. The Future of Snowboarding

Kim isn’t sure what, if anything, she would change about snowboarding as a sport. “I love what I do and I think there's a lot of room for progression for sure,” she told NBC Olympics. “We do have these new contests, though, called modified halfpipes, where they bring different features into the course in addition to the halfpipe. I had a lot of fun at those because I loved slopestyle when I was younger, before I decided to stick to halfpipe. But with those modified halfpipes, it really challenges you to be a good, all-around snowboarder.”

Hannah White, a dynamic fitness influencer, embraces unique experiences that come with her career, from thrilling workouts to unforgettable events. Recently, she attended a Red Bull event in Brooklyn, capturing the excitement and camaraderie on Instagram. “So so grateful to live a life like this ❤️ Met the most amazing people and made the best memories thanks to @redbullusa 🪽” she shared. White’s approach to fitness is multifaceted—she keeps things fresh with a mix of sports, from basketball to wakesurfing and Pilates, always seeking new ways to stay active and engaged. Here’s a deeper dive into her favorite ways to stay fit and her wellness secrets.

1. She Plays Basketball

White likes to play basketball to keep herself in shape. She included a video of herself shooting hoops in her Instagram post. White also shared this video on her page of herself and a friend on the court. Basketball has a lot of health benefits. Fitness Advisory states, “Basketball requires you to jump while playing, as well as running back and forth multiple times. In a basketball game, you rely on your body positioning and the ability to maintain that position when an opponent is pushing against you. This is why playing basketball can strengthen all parts of your body, especially your core muscles, neck, lower back, and arms.”

2. She Wakesurfs

White likes to try a lot of new sports, and shares her experiences on her Instagram. One thing White tried was wakesurfing. She shared this video on her page of herself and her friends wake surfing in Miami. White captioned the post, “Attempted wakesurfing for the first time and let’s just say you could call me a pro…😎”

3. She Does Pilates

White likes to do Pilates to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself taking a lesson with an instructor. Better Health states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.”

4. She Works With A Trainer

Hannah White.4Hannah White/Instagram

As you can see in the previous Instagram post, White likes to work with a trainer to help herself stay fit. ACE Fitness states that doing this has a lot of benefits. “Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.”

5. She Does Cold Plunges

One of White’s wellness secrets is doing cold plunges. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing one. She captioned it, “Never thought I’d be freezing in Miami.” The Cleveland Clinic states that cold plunges can help with sore muscles. “This one is pretty simple: After a hard workout, ice baths feel good. The cold water constricts your blood vessels, which slows blood flow and relieves some of that swelling and soreness you feel in your muscles after a long run or a hard-fought game. Again, though, be sure you’re only easing post-workout aches and not actual pain. If you have to push through pain during exercise, there may be an underlying injury. Don’t cover up that pain with cold.”

Hawaiian surfing champion Anastasia Ashley previously said she is not into the cold—but this time she’s making an exception to go snowboarding in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Ashley, 37, shared a video of herself wearing purple leggings and a matching cropped tank top, layering more and more clothes on top of her outfit. “Getting ready for snowboarding means a ton of gear 😝,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Ashley’s many favorite workouts look like.

1. Her Favorite Workouts

Ashley’s favorite workouts aside from surfing are racing and spinning. “I love spinning—I think it is one of the best workouts besides surfing,” she told Surfer.com. “I try and go to the gym Equinox, they have the best classes. I love driving, even though I'm not the best car driver (haha). I like to go out to the desert and drive dune buggies in the sand dunes. I also like to get my race on at K-1 Racing. It's an indoor kart racing course with gas powered cars.”

2. Healthy Hawaiian/Asian Food

Ashley genuinely enjoys healthy foods, especially fresh produce and Hawaiian/Asian cuisine. “I try to eat really healthy,” she told Surfer.com. “I'm not really a fan of junk food or anything super processed. I eat Sambazon Acai all the time. It's a great pre-surf meal. One of my favorite places to eat is Captain Mauris in San Clemente. They have really great fresh squeezed juices and salads. I also love Hapa J's as well. They have great Hawaiian/Asian inspired food and a fun atmosphere.”

3. Bikinis, Not Wetsuits

Ashley will always choose a bikini over a wetsuit. “The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I love going to group workouts with friends,” she told The Purist Online. “I’ve done my share of Barry’s Bootcamp and kickboxing. I also love hiking or biking. The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I like to surf in warmer water. When I’m in a wetsuit, I know I’m on the wrong beach.

4. Twerking Warm Ups

Ashley is infamous for her cheeky twerking warm ups before hitting the surf. “I definitely like to zone out and get excited by making a great playlist and blasting my headphones,” she told Guest of a Guest. “I try not to talk to anyone and focus. I like to do jumping jacks, stretches, and get loosened up for the events, and I'm known to get lost and dance a little!”

5. Role Model For Next Generation

Ashley didn’t have many role models growing up—but she wants that to change. "I want to be out there and show you can be a strong, fearless, independent athlete and be a woman," she told Refinery29. "Growing up, it wasn’t a cool thing to be a female athlete or a female surfer. It taught me to be strong and do what I love.”

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
