It changes your body, it changes your life, it changes everything and it’s A LOT”… with a few bad words mixed in for the drama. But then I see these pictures and our little journey together and I forget that there ever was a me without them. What a ride… and we’re still riding. 🥰❤️,” she said on Instagram.

5. She’s proud of herself

She takes a moment to reflect and is proud of herself. “I’m so proud of all that I’ve accomplished, endured and overcome in this body of mine. It’s about time I say thank you. ❤️,” she said on Instagram.

People of various ages and skill levels can participate in soccer, with those of various sizes being able to do equally well.”

2. She Does Push-Ups

Lehmann is seen doing push-ups with a soccer ball on her back in this Instagram video. According to NASM, push-ups have a lot of health benefits. “Incredibly, this ONE exercise can help you torch calories, build and tone muscle, gain strength, and positively impact your overall fitness, function, and performance. Due to its versatility, mastering this exercise can be vital to unlocking your true fitness potential…Push-ups focus primarily on the following muscle groups: • Pectorals (chest muscles). • Deltoids (shoulder muscles). • Serratus anterior, trapezius, and rotator cuff (posture and shoulder support muscles). • Triceps (backside of the arm muscles). • Core stabilizers (abdominals and spinal support muscles). • Gluteals (hip muscles).”

3. She Hikes

Lehmann likes to go hiking to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself on a hike to the Hollywood Sign. Lehmann captioned the post, “If you wanna know, it took me 2 hours to get there🧘🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️” Piedmont states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Being outside in the sunshine provides the body with vitamin D.”

4. She Swims

Lehmann likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos of herself swimming at the beach in Miami on Instagram. Lehmann captioned the post, “Lish at the beach at 8 am.” Swimming has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Want to keep your ticker at peak function? Lower your risk of heart disease.”

5. She Stands Up For Herself

Lehmann has had to deal with a lot of criticism for her play style. However, she makes sure to defend herself. She talked about this with The Times, “A lot of people only see the social side [of my life, via Instagram] and not actually how I play football. About this, I’m sometimes disappointed, because I work hard every day. I train every day and I want to be the best player I can be. They don’t really know how I play. I’m always saying, ‘Watch a game please’ — and then they’re surprised.”

Tobin Heath, a decorated professional soccer player with two Olympic golds, a bronze, and two World Cup titles under her belt, continues to push her athletic limits. Beyond the soccer field, Heath has embraced cycling as a new way to stay fit and energized. In a recent Instagram post, she shared her excitement about her new bike, captioning it simply, “Stoked.” Known for her relentless work ethic, passion for the game, and willingness to learn from mistakes, Heath’s approach to health and wellness is both disciplined and inspiring. Here’s how she keeps in top form.

She Isn’t Worried About Making Mistake

Heath shared some of her life advice with Outside Online. “The greatest tip ever told to me is ‘Don’t be afraid to make mistakes,’” Heath says. “I had a coach when I first started playing who likes to tell the story about how the other parents would complain to him that I never passed the ball, that I was always trying to dribble around the other players and score, instead of learning how to play the game right. He wouldn’t do it, because he never wanted me to stop believing that I could dribble past anybody. He knew that eventually I’d figure it out, but not because someone told me to do it, but from learning from my mistakes.”

She Works Hard

Heath makes sure to work hard. She advised others to do the same in her Outside Online interview. “Connected to that is the advice I give to young players who are invited to national camps for the first time. ‘Don’t be satisfied with simply being here,’” Heath says. “What I mean is that you have to stand out if you want to make the team and to do that you have to take risks, and accept that you’ll make some mistakes.”

She Studies Both Defense And Offense

Heath shared her approach to playing soccer in an interview with ESPN. "There's two Tobins," Heath says. "I think defending is more of, like, a science, and it's fun to learn that. And then I see attacking as an art. I'm [one kind of] player when I'm defending -- and I really do take a lot of pride in my defending. And then as soon as the ball comes, it's like, 'Oh, yes,' and I get to play. I want to get the ball back. I hate when the other team has the ball."

She’s Passionate

Heath is extremely passionate about soccer. She talked about this in her ESPN interview. “The way I live and feel my life is very similar to the passion and the heart that they have for the game. The things that would excite me about football excite them about football. Even today, when I watch and I support and cheer, my heart feels like that."

She Bikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Heath likes to bike ride to keep herself in shape. According to A Healthier Michigan, biking has a lot of benefits. “Everyone thinks about biking as great for your legs, and it is, but it’s also good for your balance. Cycling engages your abdominal muscles as you balance and steer, go up hills and around corners, according to information shared by the Cleveland Clinic. It can help improve not only your balance, but your coordination and your posture.”

Sydney Sweeney is showing off her rock hard abs during a workout. In a new social media post the Madam Web star flaunts her fantastically taut tummy in a yellow Athleta set, snapping a selfie at the gym. “Things I’m loving this month,” she wrote. How does the gorgeous young star approach health and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her exercise routine.

1. She Water Skis

Sydney has been water skiing since the “moment I could walk,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” What makes it such a great workout? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

2. She Hydrates

Sweeney understands the importance of hydration. She confessed to the Hollywood Reporter that she’s never even tried coffee and doesn’t drink alcohol. “If I’m celebrating, or it’s a very rare occasion, I’ll have a Shirley Temple,” she said.

3. She Does Martial Arts

Sydney is an experienced MMA fighter. “I’m trained in mixed martial arts,” she told Marie Claire. “I started when I was 14 and did my first competition at 18. It was a grappling competition against all guys a weight category above me, and I got first place. Those guys were probably saying, ‘Oh, we didn’t want to hurt her,’ but they were definitely trying. Everyone broke a sweat!”

4. She Reads Books

Sydney indulges in me-time. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

5. She Takes solidcore Workout Classes

In her latest post Sweeney reveals that she has been doing the solidcore workout, calling it “the most insane workout ever.” The pilates-based method is a low-impact, high intensity workout with classes offered across the country.

It’s how I get the maximum out of my workouts and how I make sure my body's recovering.”

I've also become more comfortable talking to my support group to help me with those goals.”

From explosive box jumps to tracking her progress with fitness apps, she follows a well-rounded approach to training that keeps her in peak condition. But it’s not just about the physical—her mindset plays a huge role in her success. Here’s a look at the habits that keep her at the top of her game.

She Doesn’t Let Pressure Get To Her

Breidinger tells Marin Living that she doesn’t let the pressures of racing get to her, and that this has helped with her career. “I don’t really feel added pressure, more like a sense of responsibility to pave the way so other minorities have better opportunity to come up through motor sports,” she says on how she feels about her groundbreaking status. “I take a lot of pride to be able to represent in NASCAR and it’s amazing how much support I’ve received from Arab girls and women.”

She’s Motivated

Breidinger is extremely motivated when it comes to her career. She talked about where this comes from to The Modems. “I am very ambitious and stubborn so I feel like I naturally keep myself motivated to reach my goals, but I also have my bad days where motivation is just a struggle. I’m lucky because the people I surround myself with are always there to lift me up and keep me on a positive mindset.”

She’s Positive

Breidinger is a big believer in having a positive mindset. She tells The Modems that this is one of the reasons for her success. “I’ve gotten so much good career advice over the years but the best one was, ‘Mindset is what separates the best from the rest’. De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
