Bollywood star Soha Ali Khan is hitting the gym after a much-needed vacation in beautiful Goa. Khan, 46, shared video of herself wearing black pants and a white shirt, doing intense strength training exercises using weights and resistance equipment. "After a long lazy weekend in Goa going back to the gym was tough tough tough. And the word 'easy' is not in @maheshfitnessclub s dictionary 💪🏻 🏋️," she captioned the post. Pilates and Yoga​

Khan works out every day, and loves Pilates, yoga, and fast walking. "This not only keeps me invigorated and focused but also promotes blood circulation for a youthful glow," she told NDTV. Deep breathing exercises help me stay grounded, and stress-reduction strategies like mindfulness and meditation assist me in managing responsibilities to my family and job. Recognizing the importance of sleep for overall health, I ensure to get seven to nine hours of sleep every night. This period of rest allows my body and skin to repair and regenerate."

Healthy Snacks for Glowing Skin​

Khan focuses on foods that give her clear, glowing skin. "As part of my on-the-go snacks, I include healthy options like almonds, berries, and fruits," she told NDTV. "These choices contribute to both my skin health and overall well-being. Almonds, in particular, contain vitamin E, which has been shown to impart anti-aging properties. I also include hydrating fruits like oranges, cucumbers, and melons in my diet, and ensure to drink at least eight glasses of water daily to stay well-hydrated. Overall, a diet rich in nuts like almonds, whole grains, citrus fruits, and leafy greens promotes glowing skin.

Skincare Routine​

Khan has a trusted skincare routine for beauty and wellness. "To achieve a hydrated look, I exfoliate 1 to 2 times a week using a gentle scrub and opt for a mild, moisturising cleanser to remove impurities without stripping natural oils from my skin," she told NDTV. "For added moisture, I use a rich, nourishing cream that locks in hydration and acts as a protective barrier against harsh weather conditions. I also apply SPF 30 sunscreen to shield myself from the sun's harmful UV rays. I usually adjust my routine based on my skin's changing needs to ensure it remains nourished and protected throughout the year."

Good Sleep​

Khan prioritizes good quality sleep every night. "Adequate sleep is essential for healthy physical, mental, and emotional functioning," she told Times of India. "I make sure to get 6-7 hours of sleep each night, and I'm mindful of its quality by adopting small measures like avoiding screen time use at least 1 hour before bed and limiting caffeine intake after 6 pm. Being stressed can make it difficult to maintain a healthy weight. I remain vigilant about this and incorporate mindful practices like guided meditation and journaling."

Khan has a holistic approach to health and fitness. "My approach to health has been deeply influenced by my mother, whose commitment to fitness and wellness has always been a source of inspiration, and as a mother myself, I feel a strong responsibility to be a positive role model for my daughter, Innaya," she told Times of India.
