Sophie Kasaei is a lot of things. She’s starred on Geordie Shore. She has her own hair-care line, Mane London. And she’s an active presence on social media. Kasaei shared a new photo on Instagram from Cyprus this week. In it, she sunbathed on a beach chair. She captioned the post, “Mentally I’m here.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sophie Kasaei stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Eats Healthy

Kasaei shared her typical meals with Closer Online. She says that she eats pretty healthy.“Breakfast is two chicken sausages with scrambled or poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and a slice of gluten-free bread. I’m a sucker for a Starbucks sugar-free caramel latte with coconut milk. For lunch, I’ll always have some sort of seafood – maybe prawns. If I’m out, I’ll get a protein box of chicken, broccoli and eggs, or a soup. I’ll usually end up eating dinner late, around 9pm, which isn’t great as it’ll just sit on my stomach. I’ll have fish, roast vegetables and microwaveable rice.”

2. She Changed Her Lifestyle

Kasaei notably changed her lifestyle, and lost a lot of weight. She opened up about the process in the caption of this Instagram post. “Stuffing yourself with junk food is fun but it held me back from making the most of life and that’s exactly what I’m doing now. I followed a diet plan, trained, went to the gym, and slowly I started to see results. Taking lots of photos during the journey is key to staying on track. I use Fat Busters to help me in my workouts and Diet Boost to help me on my diet only days and I take Beauty Booms every day for vitamins and minerals.”

3. She Likes What She Does

Kasaei opened up about starting her own business to Heatworld. "I think with business, if your heart and soul is not into it and you cannot be bothered and you're lazy then don't even go into it,” she says. “Because businesses are hard. You're working for yourself, there's going to be days where you wake up with not one penny to your name. And there's going to be days where you wake up and you have sales. It's very up and down being self-employed. It's easier to go out there and work for someone else, get your paycheck, go home and have the night off. But it's more empowering having your business. You don't need to rely on anyone else and I just think being the boss is the best feeling in the world. You feel really empowered.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Kasaei shared her favorite skincare tips with Heatworld. "I'm also all about skincare, skincare is massive now. Back in the day, it was all about sunbeds and damaging your skin, we just didn't care. We didn't care about late nights or drinking water but now everyone is obsessed with health. Everyone is going more natural now, so I think good skin care is absolutely key. I'm loving ZO Skin at the moment, I love a face mask as well, I love Clinique or The Body Shop Tea Tree Anti-Imperfection Night Mask.”

5. She Cooks

Kasaei is an avid chef. She shares a lot of her favorite recipes on Instagram. In this video, she makes roasted red pepper pasta. She captioned the post, “I always get so many DMs on how I have made my meals. So I will try do as many reels as I can for you! Tonight I cudnt be arsed to defrost any chicken so I thought I would make a veggi pasta making my own sauce. Full of all the goods and simple ingredients and WOW this was unbelievably tasty ! With no pasta jars or processed tins!”

Kaz Kamwi in Bathing Suit Says "Life is Better"

Here’s how the British TV star stays in shape.

British TV star and influencer Kaz Kamwi is happiest when she’s in a swimsuit--and she certainly works hard for it. The 27-year-old posted a picture of herself wearing a gorgeous bikini while poolside in Zanzibar, Tanzania. “Little miss life is better in a bikini 👙,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 7 ways Kamwi stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Dance

Kamwi is a big fan of dance-based workouts, and loves to post videos of herself making moves. “And that’s our daily workout in 😂,” she captioned an Instagram video. “When you begin moving, you immediately release the brain chemicals dopamine, adrenaline, and endorphins, causing a powerful and lasting effect I call ‘energized optimism,’” says health psychologist Kelly McGonigal, PhD. “The adrenaline makes you feel powerful, the dopamine generates hope, and the endorphins bring you joy. You’ve created this amazing cocktail that boosts your mood and energy, leads you to experience better social interactions, makes you more likely to progress on your goals, and lowers stress. So dancing doesn’t just make you feel great in the moment. It sets you up to be a better version of yourself.”

2. She Has a Healthy Body Image

Kamwi used to cover her stretch marks in foundation, something she no longer does. “From the age of 15 I had stretch marks on my thighs. I was so embarrassed by them that when I had PE lessons at school, I’d cover them with foundation,” Kamwi says. “It wasn’t until the summer before I went to study Sociology at Birmingham City University, aged 18, that I thought: ‘I’m about to go to Freshers’ Week and it’s time to confront the things I’m not confident about.’ So, in the weeks before I went off to uni, I started wearing shorts to see if anyone looked at me weirdly or said anything – and nobody did!” “If we never got outside our comfort zone, we would still be crawling around, eating baby food; we wouldn’t have the technology that we have,” says Sydney-based clinical psychologist Dr Heidi Heron. “Nobody that I know of that’s highly successful has ever stayed in their comfort zone. Even though it might be uncomfortable for a while, being outside of our comfort zone is how we create a new level of comfort.”

3. She Protects Her Mental Health

Revolution x Kaz Kamwi Edit In LondonDave Benett/Getty Images

Kamwi understands insecurity, but knows comparing herself to others is unhealthy. “Naturally, you can have moments where you question whether you’re good enough – everybody has them,” Kamwi says. “But comparison is the thief of joy, and if you compare yourself to other people you lose sense of who you are. You get yourself into a hole you don’t want to go into.” “If you commit yourself to being deeply grateful for what’s good in your life, and remind yourself of it daily, you’ll be far less vulnerable to comparison and envy,” says Susan Biali Haas, MD. “If someone or something triggers that ugly feeling of negative comparison, stop and remind yourself of what’s good in your life, right now. There is so much.”

4. She Works on Self-Confidence

MOBO Awards 2021 - ArrivalsStuart C. Wilson/Getty Images

“As humans, we appreciate being appreciated, but it’s dangerous if you solely rely on others to build up your confidence,” Kamwi says. “I think if you build yourself up and people are adding to it, though, that’s fine.” “Authentic self-esteem is not dependent upon others or things external to us. Such self-esteem is a manifestation of our relationship with ourselves. The essence of self-esteem is that it flows from within,” says Mel Schwartz, LCSW.

5. She Blocks Out Negativity

The Caudwell Children Butterfly Ball - ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Kamwi is aware that being in the public eye means facing lots of unfair criticism—so she’s learned to block it for her mental health. “You know the everyday stuff, you don't really register like winds, crowds, traffic, office noise—we all know it happens, but we don't sit there and say, oh my gosh, this is so annoying,” Kamwi tells Grazia. “Let it's really, really loud. And I equate that to the same negative advice or opinions people might give. If I can ignore the traffic, I'm pretty sure I can use the exact same energy to ignore and drown out people's opinions. And obviously sometimes it naturally gets really overwhelming and it becomes noticeable the same as like really loud traffic, really loud office noises. And that can distract you. But for the most part, I just tend to kind of drown it out.”

Georgia Steel, the Love Island Star, just posed in a swimsuit, and her fans went bonkers accordingly. “🦄💕🦋☀️🌸,” she captioned the colorful image. 1. She Focuses On Herself

After Steel ended her romance with her Love Island co-star, Callum Izzard, she decided to focus on herself. She said on FUBAR Radio, “I just want some time now to just focus on myself and I’m not really wanting to rush into anything. I’m just wanting to take every day as it comes!” “Expectations help you plan for what's coming up and can make you feel excited about the future,” says the Mayo Clinic. “But they can also lead to disappointment and frustration when your expectations aren't met and your hopes are dashed. And when they involve another person, misaligned expectations can diminish the quality of relationships.”

2. She Rolls With The Punches

Steel tells FUBAR Radio that she doesn’t let things bring her down. Instead, she just embraces whatever life throws at her. “I’m a good believer in everything happens for a reason,” she says. “I’m just rolling with it.” “Letting go of certain expectations can be hard. But it doesn't mean lowering them. There's a difference. You're not saying it will never be; you're saying this is where things are at right now,” says the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Goes Swimming

Steel loves to go swimming as a way to stay in shape. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself by the pool and in the water. She posted this set of photos of herself at a beach in Dubai. She also posted this photo of herself by the pool, captioning it, “You wanna be part of this vibe.”

4. She Has Experienced Loneliness

“Before Love Island I was a student making dinner off £2 but now I have a lovely TV, glass lights and a big mirror in a beautiful flat, my life has completely changed. But one thing I must say is that money does not buy happiness. The last few weeks I have been the lowest I have ever been since leaving the villa. Your highs are high but your lows are very low. It is a different lifestyle. I could be filming for the day and surrounded by people saying my name but then I go back to my empty flat on my own and it hits me,” she said after leaving Love Island, according to the Sun.

5. She Works Hard and Rests Hard

“I get up at 11 if I can, honestly, I am not a morning person at all, but I'm funny. Like I'll have days where I just wanna chill, which I've literally just got back into now because I never used to be able to have chill days. And at the moment now, I think it's really important to schedule them chill days in, just for yourself mentally, physically, everything. I just think you need some time to just focus on yourself. Otherwise it can get a bit too much, but I do love working when I get into it. Boom, boom, boom, boom,” she told On Demand Entertainment.

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts, as a compound movement, aid in increasing lower body strength and power, enhancing athletic abilities such as running, jumping, and powerlifting. By strengthening the posterior chain muscles, you can enhance your posture and lower the risk of back pain and muscle strain. Strong glutes and hamstrings contribute to hip and knee stability, minimizing injury risks in sports and daily life.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
