Actress Stacy Keibler is sharing her favorite wellness treatments with fans and followers. Keibler, 44, shared a video of herself wearing blue pants and a white tank top, getting a special “detox” foot bath in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. “Even when we prioritize healthy living, we can still encounter toxins in our everyday environment—whether it’s from air pollution, food, water, household products, or personal care items. While minimizing exposure is essential, it’s nearly impossible to avoid them entirely. That’s why incorporating detox practices into my wellness routine has been such a game-changer! I can truly feel the difference. It’s all about elevating my health from the inside out. ✨,” she captioned the post. Here’s what else Keibler does to stay healthy and strong.

1. Self-Care

Keibler is diligent about self-care. “One way is by visiting some of my favorite local Austin spas,” she told City Lifestyle. “A treat is seeing Brooke at The Road for facial acupuncture / facial sculpting. I also love having acupuncture at The Desert Canary, detoxing in an ozone sauna, and getting a massage at Austin DEEP. I also love all the trails Austin is home to for running, walking, hiking or biking.”

2. Beauty Routine

Keibler has a men’s skincare line (Caldera + Lab) and keeps her routine simple yet effective. “I always wash my face in the morning and at night,” she told Parade. “No matter how tired I am when I get home, I always wash my face. And my skincare routine is pretty minimal. I use a cleanser. Some days I'll use an exfoliant and I'll do a mask here and there. But I'm just more into layering serums and good products like that.”

3. Massages For Moms

Wellness,,Relax,And,A,Massage,Table,On,An,Empty,SpaShutterstock

Keibler emphasizes how important it is for moms to take care of themselves. “I totally get the mom guilt but one of the hardest jobs there is, is being a mom and it’s also equally important to take care of yourself and to nurture yourself,” she told Parade. “And for me, if I can book a massage and it's just one hour where I turn my phone off and someone is really taking care of my body, I find that just so nourishing for my mind, my body and my soul. Honestly a one-hour massage can do wonders.”

4. WWE Hall of Fame

Keibler was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2023. “It was very nostalgic,” she told City Lifestyle. “In a way, it felt like time stood still. There is nothing better than the energy of the WWE fans and the adrenaline rush of performing in front of a sold-out arena. The best part was being able to share that moment with my husband, my children and my friends and family who never knew that part of my life. It was surreal. I felt so much love and it’s a moment I will never forget.”

1. Focus on Fitness

Keibler has a holistic approach to health and wellness. “I focus equally on both fitness and nutrition,” she told City Lifestyle. “I think you have to have a good balance of being conscious of both. Getting my heart rate up and building lean muscle hand in hand with a clean, sustainable diet is what I find works best for me.”

Jana Kramer has been working hard to get into the best shape of her life, and it shows! The actress and country singer shared a mirror selfie this week, flaunting her rock hard body in a two-piece swimsuit. How does the mother-of-two keep herself so incredibly fit? She recently revealed some of her diet and workout secrets. Read on to see 5 ways Jana Kramer stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Worked “Hard” For Her Body

In the new Instagram post, Jana explains that it isn’t a “thirst trap” photo, or an “I want attention post” or a “post to make you compare your body to mine,” but is more about her feeling proud of her body. “Because when I look at this photo, I see strength. If I’m honest, I lost a little too much weight after my divorce, and I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy the number I saw. But that’s an unhealthy way to look at it. It should never be about the number. It should be about how you feel,” she explained. “I have been actively becoming strong again for me. I look at this pic now and I’m proud of myself for the hard work and commitment to loving myself. This body made two beautiful humans. I’m proud of my body." She mentioned feeling even better after her breast augmentation and promoted Natrelle Breast Augmentation.

2. She Works Out with a Trainer

Jana does a lot of cardio on her own in her home gym, but works out with Nashville based personal trainer-to-the-stars Erin Oprea as well. In a recent Instagram story, she revealed that they pretty much follow Oprea’s Pretty Muscles app workouts. “I work out with Erin two times a week,” she explained. The duo do “a ton of squats, sumo squats, lunges.”

3. Running Helped Her “Lean Out”

Oprea also got Jana into running. “I hated running and now I love it,” she confessed. “It’s helped me lean out.”

4. She Is Proud of Her Body

Jana’s go to diet rule? “I personally think everything in moderation,” she revealed. “I had a chocolate chip cookie last night. I will eat another one tonight. I don’t think you should deprive yourself of anything. I think, eat when you are hungry. But all-around diet is how I do it.”

5. Exercise Boosts Her Mental Health

“Still not feeling 100 percent,” Jana explained earlier this year in an Instagram story video. “But I'm still going to run it out, sweat it out." She once explained to Us Weekly that the mental health benefits of exercise are a motivating factor. “Working out for me is my sanity…Even just going for a walk, that is a place where I come back and I'm like, 'I feel good, I feel balanced. Working out is 100% how I stay level."

Kate Hudson continues to wow her social media followers with her fabulous figure. The 42-year-old has been sharing a slew of workout videos on Instagram as of late, revealing the exact moves that help her achieve her strong, toned, and taut physique. However, on Wednesday she gave the world a glimpse at her “post-workout routine”—and the results were charming. Celebwell has the lowdown on how Hudson recovers post-workout and some of her other best workout tips, and the photos that prove they work. Read on—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. Her Post-Workout Ritual Involves...Chips?

“Rani doesn’t quite understand my post workout routine yet ,” Kate cheekily captioned the image of herself lounging on a couch in a bikini with her daughter feeding her chips. "I CANT !!!!!!" commented floral designer Eric Buterbaugh. "1st with your rocking body and 2nd with just how cute that Rani is, it’s all too much." "Lol," said Katie Couric. Fashion designer Brian Atwood responded with all heart emojis.

2. She Works Out Consistently

2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsAllen Berezovsky/Getty Images

One of Kate’s secrets to staying in shape is that she makes sure to work out nearly every day. Kate is incredibly fit because she makes exercise a priority, working out almost daily. She works out “at least 30 minutes a day, maybe five times a week,” she revealed in an interview with InStyle. “I make sure that I don't go a day without doing something for 30 minutes. I've been doing that since April and I've noticed enormous changes in my body."

3. She Alternates Workouts

Kate told InStyle that when it comes to exercise, she does “everything.” Alternating workouts is a great tactic to avoid workout fatigues. “I have to switch it up, I get so bored," she explained. "I've been loving the Obé app, they have 20-minute workouts that are really hard and if you do them with the proper form they're really effective. I love my yoga apps, like Glo, and I use Body by Simone and Tracy Anderson's apps too — there's nothing better than her abs workout. I love my Peloton. I love Pilates — that's always been my number one." Recently she has been sharing some of her Tracy Anderson Method moves on Instagram.

4. She Focuses on Her Core

The key to Kate’s flat abs is abdominal workout. “I’m an ab [workout] fanatic,” she told Well + Good about her focus area, “and I hate [doing] them.” She often uses a stability ball to force her abs to work harder. “I’ve had a C-section, and I think any woman who has had a C-section knows how hard it is to re-engage that lower part of your abs,” she explained. “My C-section was 16 years ago, but if I go a few days without doing abs, my brain has a hard time re-engaging that area.”

5. She Does Things That Make Her “Feel Good”

2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

“I’ve always felt that wellness is about your quality of life,” she recently explained to Women's Health about her personal philosophy when it comes to fitness. “You need to know what makes you feel good. It’s about doing the things you love, eating the things you want to, exercising and not feeling like you need to [push yourself] for two hours in a hot room. You can just take a nice walk and still be healthy.”

6. She Loves Yoga

Kate is a longtime yogi. "It's about understanding your own individual likes, not fads," she once told SELF about her yoga practice, which includes transcendental meditation and Kundalini yoga. "Anything you do helps. You could sit there and not think of your mantra for your whole practice, but you're still benefiting.”

WWE star Stacy Keibler is emphasizing the importance of a strong core. Keibler, 44, shared a video of herself wearing purple Alo Yoga leggings and a matching tank top, doing a mat workout on her balcony. “Feeling a little sluggish? Enter the “teaser”! 💪. Yes, we’re talking about core strength but it’s bigger than rock hard abs! 🧘‍♀️This pose builds on functional strength so it’s helping you do everyday tasks! It’s a full body burn but also a great way to ground and center yourself,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Keibler stays happy, healthy, and fit.

1. Country Living

Keibler moved her family from Los Angeles to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and loves it. “Spending time in nature is very important to me,” she told Organic Spa Magazine. “I grew up that way. There were woods behind our house and we would spend hours there. Connecting with nature is good for my health, happiness and overall well-being. We are a very active family, and take advantage of the paradise we live in. Our family goes on regular hikes and bike rides. We go fishing, skiing, we even enjoy stargazing together.”

2. Running In Nature

Beautiful,Young,Woman,Runner,In,A,Green,Forest.Shutterstock

Keibler loves running, especially in nature. “I started running because it was always the easiest form of exercise to get in,” she told Women’s Running. “No matter where I was in the world, I could go outside my hotel and take a run. I really found a passion for that. Running really is like meditation for me. It’s good for my heart and my head, especially if I have beautiful scenery to look at.”

3. Holistic Health

Keibler’s approach to wellness is different these days. “I had always loved the fitness side of health and wellness, but was never into the diet and nutrition piece until I had health issues,” she told Organic Spa Magazine. “Suddenly, I had an awakening and decided that I wanted to heal everything in a holistic manner. I only use organic, nontoxic products—food, skincare, cleaning products for the house. We seek out organic foods since they contain less pesticides, heavy metals and usually don’t contain preservatives. Organic farming is also better for the environment.”

4. Meditation Sessions

Keibler starts her day with a meditation session. “I had a friend who practiced, and I got a guided meditation CD from her,” she told Women’s Running. “It’s really great on a long flight—if you load it onto your iPod, you can have the most relaxing travel experience ever.”

5. Family First

Keibler is happy to focus on her family for the time being, juggling responsibilities with husband Jared Pobre. “There is nothing like the energy of performing, it is incredible,” she told Organic Spa Magazine. “But it is not possible with kids… It would have to be the right project, when the kids are older. We work from home. If one of us needs to work, we do, and the other takes care of the kids. We are truly partners in business and at home.”

Eva Marie was a beloved star in the WWE. She also appeared on the E! Network reality series, Total Divas. In 2019, she competed on the second season of Celebrity Big Brother. Marie recently shared a photo on Instagram of herself training in the gym. In it, she wore a pink two-piece. She captioned the post, “Training hard for bikini season.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Eva Marie stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Eats Healthy

Marie shared her diet secrets in an interview with GQ. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. “It depends, because sometimes I practice intermittent fasting, in which case I won’t have my first meal until around two in the afternoon. If I'm not doing that, though, I’ll wake up and have a protein shake or a veggie egg white omelet. The rest of the day is pretty much salad and grilled chicken. I really love fruit, too, because I have a sweet tooth. I wish that I didn’t, but fruit helps me deal with it.

2. She Does Quick, Intense Workouts

Marie tells GQ that she has changed her workouts. “In WWE, I focused more on Olympic lifting. I had to make sure that I was physically able to lift another human being at all times. Now, I’m going for a different, leaner look. High-intensity interval training and Tabata workouts are really good for me, because they prevent me from getting bored, and don't require me to be in the gym for two hours. I can get in, do what I need to do, and get out.

3. She Doesn’t Stress About Her Diet

Stress,Free,Written,With,Wooden,Letters,On,Rustic,Wooden,SurfaceShutterstock

Marie doesn’t put a lot of pressure on herself to eat healthy. “At first, I tried things like inputting fat and carbohydrate and protein grams into my phone, but that really just stressed me out,” she told GQ. “I was thinking way too much— when all of a sudden, my fats were too high, or I had eaten too many carbs, or my calories had exceeded the number I had in mind for the day. Once I started to take away the pressure to hit an exact amount and instead focused on rough estimates, it started to become less stressful.”

4. She Does Cardio

Marie loves to do cardio workouts. She talked about this in her Day In The Life interview with Ryderwear. “I will always do some sort of cardio, whether that’s walking, boxing, jumping rope, or going on a run. Health and fitness is super important to me, not only from being an athlete my entire life, but I also truly believe health is wealth. If I'm not healthy then I can’t do all the things I love. Right now I’m intermittent fasting which means I fast for 16 hours and then eat during my eight hour window, so I usually don’t have my first meal till 1:00pm.”

5. She Eats Healthy Snacks

Marie makes sure to eat healthy snacks. She shared her favorites in her Ryderwear interview. “I love a protein shake around this time. It keeps me full until dinner and I can get the extra energy to keep going with the rest of the day. Of course, it also helps aid with recovery after my workout. I also snack on fruit throughout the day too.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
