1. Pvolve Workouts
DeSorbo loves Pvolve workouts. "My go-to work out is Pvolve, I've gone to their classes for years and now I stream them at home,” she told E! News. “I try and workout at least 3 to 4 times a week even if it's for 30 minutes. It's all about strengthening and elongating your muscles. It's my favorite!"
2. Adult Acne

DeSorbo knows the frustration of adult acne breakouts. "My best advice is that it’s okay to be frustrated on the days you’re frustrated," she told Byrdie. "It’s okay to not want to wear makeup and just be completely over it and go somewhere barefaced and be like ‘this is what my skin is.’ I felt way more empowered once I felt comfortable being like, whatever. This is what my skin looks like. There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel. Something will eventually work for you, you just have to be patient and figure it out."
3. Beauty and Self-Care
DeSorbo treats her beauty routine as self-care. "Beauty has become so much more of a mental health moment for me than it is something vain," she told PopSugar. "For me, a Sunday-night shower is a whole therapy session," she says. "I love hair oiling my hair once a week, so I do that on Sundays, and I do my exfoliating and a full shave of my legs because [to me] that's self-love. It's such a great way to reset because you're by yourself and not speaking to anyone and doing things to your own body, so you can really be in your own head and get very in touch with your body and mind."
4. Skincare Routine
DeSorbo is passionate about skincare. “When it comes to feeling confident, my skin is one of the first things that comes to mind,” she told SELF. “I’ve been using Face Reality products for three months and really sticking to my routine, but my number one product is their Sulfur Spot Treatment. I’m not kidding, it dries up any pimple in 24 hours. I go everywhere with it.”
5. Shower Meditation
DeSorbo loves to meditate while she showers. "Instead of listening to music, I'll put on the Calm app and listen to a guided meditation while I'm showering, or I'll go on Spotify and play spa sounds that make me feel like I'm in an actual spa," she told PopSugar. "And when I'm in the shower, I prefer to use fragrance-free products — like the Nécessaire Body Wash — so that whatever I'm putting on when I get out is the more prominent smell."
