Natalee Linez is golfing in her workout gear. In a new social media post the actress who plays Lydia on the hit show Tell Me Lies shows off her amazing body and impressive swing during a day date with her boyfriend. “Golf date but really you’re just here for the cute fits and cocktails,” she captioned the TikTok clip. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Waking Up Early

The,White,Clock,Tells,The,Morning,At,5:00,Am,OrShutterstock

Natalee is an early riser. “I wake up between 5:00 and 5:30 am almost every morning. In 2019 I read a book called ‘The 5 am Club’ and I was pretty much sold on the concept after the first chapter! I totally understand that it sounds insane to wake up that early, but your body truly gets used to it. I don’t like looking at my phone first thing in the morning so I bought a traditional alarm clock to create this habit. Consistency is key with this one!” she tells Life Goals. “I am a huge advocate of waking up 1-2 hours before your normal day begins.” She adds that, “you really do have a happier and more productive day when you wake up earlier than you’re supposed to. The way in which you start your day is likely how the rest of your day will go.”

2. Coffee

Natalee goes “through phases” with her coffee. “I am currently getting iced oat milk lattes with an added shot. When I make coffee at home, I use a Bialetti, froth whole milk and pour the frothed milk over the coffee. Surprisingly, I don’t do sugar in my coffee. I have the biggest sweet tooth but for some reason, I don’t like it in my coffee! But again, I do go through phases so who knows what my coffee future has in store for me!” she says.

3. Meditation

Natalee Linez.3Natalee Lines/Instagram

From 5:30-6:00 am Natalee gets her zen on. “I do my magical morning routine. It’s called The M.A.G.I.C Journal and it goes like this (Meditation, Affirmations, Gratitude, Intentions, and Coffee) I do a ten-minute guided meditation on the app insight timer or YouTube, write 3 affirmations, write 3 things I am grateful for, write 3 intentions and for “Coffee” there is a motivating quote to kickstart my day,” she says. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality

4. Pilates

From 6:00-6:30 am/7:00 am Natalee gets in her workout. Pilates is one of her go-tos. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

5. Habit Stacking

@nataleelinez

If you want a healthier life, “Start small. Start slow,” says Natalee. “Try habit stacking. If you wake up and brush your teeth every single morning, stack a new healthy habit on top of that like drinking a glass of water or reading for ten minutes. This will ease you into your day. The worst thing you can do is wake up and rush into your day not even taking a single conscious breath! If this does sound like you, it’s okay! We all do it. Be proud that you are taking the first step by reading this and being interested in a more mindful morning.”

Brylie St. Claire is heating up Miami in her swimsuit. The softball sensation shows off her famous figure in a bathing suit while enjoying a vacay in the sunny spot in one of her latest social media posts. “Wannabe local,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Brylie St. Clair stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Rides Horses

Brylie is an experienced equestrian, regularly sharing photos of her horses. “Everyone meet boots,” she captioned a recent snap. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

2. She Walks Her Dog

Brylie loves animals, including dogs. Dog walking is one of the many ways she burns calories. “Labs are the best,” she captioned this photo. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

3. She Loves Lake Sports

When Brylie isn’t on the field, you can find her on the lake. Two of her favorite water activities? Wakeboarding and jet skiing. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

4. She Gets EmSculpt Neo Treatments

Brylie confesses that her flat abs aren’t just the result of healthy eating and dieting. She recently shared a photo of herself getting an EmSculpt Neo treatment, a non-invasive treatment that contours the body using radio frequency and high-intensity electromagnetic energies to provide simultaneous fat elimination and muscle toning in a combined 30-minute session. According to the company, in just 30 minutes, it stimulates over 24,000 supramaximal muscle contractions, achieving the equivalent of 12-16 weeks of HIIT training in just four sessions.

5. She Golfs

Brylie also golfs, regularly sharing clips of her swing via Instagram Stories. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Odeya Rush is hitting golf balls at the range. In a new social media post the Cha Cha Real Smooth star shows off her fit figure – and her swing – while golfing. “First day out here,” she wrote about the photo, swinging her golf club. How does the star, 26, approach mental and physical health? Here is everything you need to know about her health and wellness routine.

1. She Reads

Uttarakhand,,India,-,September,11,,2023:,You,Can,Heal,YourShutterstock

Odeya is a reader “I really like Louise Hay. I love her books and her audio,” she told Byrdie. “Sometimes when I wake up in the morning and I’m stressed, I need just to be reminded of how you control your own thoughts and how you can take this thought and shift it into a positive place. So yeah, I love Louise Hay. She’s really helped me. And really just watching what you’re saying to yourself, because so quickly you can wind up in a really negative place out of nowhere and your thoughts just spiral. So when bad thoughts come up, I try as much as I can to cancel them out with something positive or to shift my focus to something else, because the more I do it the more I know it’ll be a habit for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

2. She Doesn’t Focus on Her Flaws

Odeya.Rush.2Odeya Rush/Instagram

Odeya “struggled with acne for a long time,” but learned how to deal with it. “I had pimples here and there growing up, but at 20 years old, I developed a face full of acne. When you're working and constantly having to be on camera, it can bring you down because a part of you wants to cover it up — but the more makeup you put on, the worse you're making it. My acne started calming down last year, but I still get blemishes,” she confessed to Refinery 29. “It's about looking in the mirror and not focusing on it. Repeating the affirmation that I have clear skin has helped me. With acne, you think everybody is looking at it, but it's not as big of a deal as you're making it in your head.”

3. She Goes for Hikes

Rush loves getting outdoors and going for a hike. “Oh no they put the boy in nature,” she captioned a snap from Sedona. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance and heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems.

4. She Walks on the Beach

Odeya is a walker and loves taking a nice walk in the heat. “I do better in the heat, let’s just say that! I grew up in a very, very hot climate. I’m just better in the heat, I get cold super easily,” she told Byrdie.

5. Golfing

In her latest post, Odeya shows off her golf skills. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Tyne-Lexy Clarson first gained recognition in 2017 as a contestant on the popular reality show Love Island. Since then, she’s built a significant social media presence, where she frequently shares glimpses of her active lifestyle. In June, Clarson posted a video on Instagram showcasing her golfing skills, dressed in a stylish workout set. The former reality star has shown her dedication to staying fit through various outdoor activities, from hitting the golf course to skiing in the Alps. Let’s take a closer look at how she stays in shape and enjoys life.

1. She Golfs

As you can see from the post, Clarson loves playing golf to stay in shape. She shares a lot of other posts on social media. According to Randa, golf has a lot of benefits. “Golf can help prevent and treat 40 major chronic diseases. Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

2. She Skis

Clarson likes to do a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is going skiing. Clarson shared these photos of herself on the slopes in the Alps on Instagram. The University of Rochester Medical Center states that skiing is very beneficial. “Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles.”

3. She Swims

Clarson likes to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Clarson posted this photo of herself in the pool in Sicily. She also shared this set of photos of herself using a float in a pool in Ibiza. Lastly, Clarson shared this photo of herself wading in a pool. She captioned the photo, “Keep it cool.”

4. She Has A Dog

Clarson has an adorable dog, whom she prominently features on her Instagram page. She shared this adorable photo of the two of them, captioning it, “Unconditional love.” Harvard Health reports that having a dog has a lot of benefits. “Dog owners have lower blood pressure and healthier cholesterol levels, and a lower risk of heart disease, than non-owners. There are also many psychological benefits to having a pooch around. Dog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Simply petting your dog can make you feel less stressed. One of the greatest benefits of owning a dog is that it encourages you to practice mindfulness — being in the present moment and fully appreciating life. Mindfulness can help you relieve stress and also improves your overall health.”

5. She Tracked Her Progress

A few years ago, Clarson lost weight and used weekly progress photos to stay motivated. “It was great looking at the pictures each week and seeing my body firming up. After every session, I feel a little bit fitter, my body was a little more taut and I always felt that I was moving in the right direction…” she said. “If you really knuckle down, it is perfectly possible to make quite big changes to your physique in six weeks. Taking the pictures was a great motivator because I was determined that I would look a little fitter in each one.”

Professional golfer Nelly Korda is showing fans what her training looks like while she’s in Prague. Korda, 25, shared a video of herself wearing a variety of workout gear, lifting heavy weights at the gym under the eye of her trainer. “Snippets of the past two weeks in 🇨🇿 training @vistaresortprague with the best 🤩,” she captioned the post. Korda is a force to be reckoned with on the court and off—here’s how she stays fit and focused.

1. Pre-Round Warm Up Routine

Korda’s pre-round warm up is all about loosening up her muscles well before it’s time to play. It’s more that I’m working on my strike out there. It’s about finding my timing,” she told Golf Monthly. “I typically start about an hour and five minutes before my tee time. I want to make sure my body and muscles are loose. I start off with pitch shots on the range and then I work my way all the way up through my bag.”

2. Sushi and Pizza

Korda loves seafood, and saves pizza for when she’s in the mood to indulge. She especially loves cuisines that have plenty of vegetables and healthy fats. “[My favorite food is] sushi, any Mediterranean food, Greek food,” she told Golf.com. “I don’t really eat pizza too much but that’s probably a cheat food for me that I really like.”

3. Advice For Golfers

Group,Of,Golf,Ball,On,Practice,Artificial,Grass,Mat,WithShutterstock

Korda has good advice for recreational golfers wanting to know how to best prepare for a round. “I would say go to the course with a routine,” she told Golf Monthly. “I feel like people get really messed up with trying a bunch of different things. If you’re consistent and you have a routine and you stick to that every day you play, you won’t get better right away, but eventually over time you’re going to get better. You can’t make changes and expect to see a result right away. It’s all about consistency.”

4. Playing With her Sister

Korda grew up playing golf with sister Jessica Korda. “We used to play Future Collegians World Tour events back in the day and she won her division and I won my division,” she told Golf.com. “And that was the first time we won the same event.”

5. Golf Drills

Korda has specific drills she never misses. “On the putting green I do a drill because your eye-line and eyesight change every single day,” she told Golf Monthly. “You may see the ball and your line differently every single day, so doing a line drill is really important as you start your putting. Try it for five minutes to make sure you dial in your alignment. Once you do that, then you work on your distance.”

Mel Reid is celebrating on the green in her workout gear. The golf star recently shared a moment with fellow golfer Celine Boutier after she clinched a win against Lexi Thompson during the 2024 Solheim Cup. Dressed in white shorts and a star-spangled top, Reid, known as one of the fittest golfers in the world, stays in shape through a combination of challenging workouts and balanced priorities. From intense gym sessions to goat yoga, Reid has embraced a holistic approach to fitness and personal well-being. Here’s how she keeps her body and mind sharp while navigating her professional and personal life.

1. She Has a Trainer

Sporting white shorts and a white shorts-sleeved white and blue top with stars, Reid recently celebrated with Celine Boutier after she won her match against Lexi Thompson on the 18th green during the singles matches on the final day of the 2024 Solheim Cup at The Robert Trent. Reid is known for being one of the top players in women’s golf but also billed as “one of the fittest golfers in the world,” per Golf Magazine. One way Reid stays in such great shape is by working out with Ken Macdonald, who is a level 3 Golf Fitness Specialist and Certified Tennis Performance Specialist.

2. She Does Density Workouts

Mel ReidGolf Magazine

Reid shows off her impressive gym skills in a video for Golf Magazine. Her trainer, Macdonald, was also on hand to explain her intense workout regime. “It’s a 15-minute density set, which means we’re going to do five exercises in a circuit fashion.” Each exercise is done in about one minute.‘What we’re trying to do is get some strength and power but in an endurance fashion,” Macdonald said.

3. She Does Goat Yoga

Goat Yoga has become increasingly popular over the last few years, and Reid has tried out the hot fitness craze in a post captioned “In the presence of greatness. G.O.A.T.” Reid has a goat on her back and is in a yoga pose. According to Arizona Goat Yoga, the out-of-the-ordinary workout has several benefits, including stress release, increased mindfulness, mood enhancement, and a connection to nature and animals.

4. She Has a Strong Communtiy

Reid often travels for work with her wife and their baby, which is challenging, but she explained how they make it work in an interview with LPGA.“The people that have been very welcoming and open to staying with us have made a huge difference,” Mel said. “It gives us a little bit of a break at the end of the day because they want to just hang out with Kai, as well. He is starting to recognize faces. He sees Emily (Kristine Pedersen), and he sees Carlota (Ciganda), and he sees Olly (Brett), and he gravitates to them. I think that's a cool experience, not just for us but for them as well.”

5. Learning Balance and New Priorites

Reid shifted her focus to motherhood when their son was born, and golf is no longer the top priority. “Golf is secondary, if not third, now to be honest with you,” Mel explained in the LPGA interview. “I've always played golf for myself and tried to prove to myself that I can do this. The competitiveness inside of me, it's almost taken that away a little bit. I can have a bad day, and it sucks, but it doesn't suck anywhere near as much as it used to. I have to find that little fire in me again to see what my purpose is on the golf course. That's probably been the biggest challenge for me this year.”

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
