Brooke Blurton is one of Australia's most well-known reality stars, having made a name for herself on multiple seasons of the Bachelor franchise and more recently on The Challenge: Australia. In addition to her successful career in television, Blurton hosts the podcast Not So PG and frequently shares insights on wellness, mental health, and skincare. A few weeks ago, she posted a series of photos on Instagram, captioned, “A touch of blue this week.” What are her go-to wellness habits? Here’s a glimpse into how Brooke maintains balance and well-being.


1. She Tries New Things

Blurton revealed in an interview that she is a big believer in taking on new things. “The best advice I’ve ever been given was from a high school teacher. She told me to say yes to opportunities until you have to say no. I thought that was a great way to live your life by exploration and diving deep out of your comfort zone into things. If you don’t learn that you like something, you soon learn that you don’t.”

2. She Takes Care Of Her Mental Health

Blurton tells Health Hacker that her mental health is a big priority for her. “I hugely prioritise taking care of my mental health, which I think comes with looking at it from a more holistic way. I like to take care of myself by making sure I’m doing everything to give myself the best nourishment, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I feel that these are all entwined and all need attention at different times. When I’m nourishing my body with healthy food and exercise, I feel like my mental health is at its peak.”

3. She Works Out In The Morning

Blurton shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Body & Soul. “I’m usually up quite early. I take my dog for a big walk in the morning and grab a coffee, it’s always quite early and it has been freezing at the moment. I like doing workouts first thing in the morning, before my coffee, so depending on the day I’ll be up early for a HIIT workout.”

4. She Cares For Her Skin

Blurton shared some of her skincare secrets in her Body & Soul interview. “My night ritual is usually a nice wind down. Hot shower, skincare. I love setting my diffuser before jumping into bed. I always make sure I do my skincare, I have a full routine. At the moment, I’m loving Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment, and I’ve been sleeping with the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask because I’m finding the winter is drying out my lips.”

5. She Takes Supplements

Blurton shared some of her favorite supplements in her Body & Soul interview. “I use a lot of Nutra Organics supplements, such as the 2-in-1 collagen and green powder. I try to make sure that I take this once or twice throughout the week. I don't really overdo it with supplements as I try to I want out of food throughout the week and just making sure that I drink lots of water. Because it’s winter I’m always trying to stay on top of my Vitamin C intake – upping the dose so I can try and stay on top of my immunity.”
