Hannah Brown is red hot in Mexico – in her swimsuit. In a recent post The Bachelorette star flaunts her insanely fit figure in a red bathing suit while holding onto a drink and her fiancé. “Woke up 29 in Mexico with my fiancé🌴❤️ Grateful for this life and all the birthday wishes!” she captioned the Instagram snap. How does the reality star keep herself in great shape? Here are some of her top health habits.
1. She Has a Healthy Morning Routine
Brown has a healthy morning routine. “My bed is just so cozy,” she tells Us. While she’s a “slow riser,” she will (eventually) get up to “drink some water” and “read a little.” She also journals in the morning.
2. She Exercises
Hannah exercises. “Lately, I’ve been doing weight training three times a week with 20 to 30-minute Peloton rides for my cardio,” she told Us. “It’s great for me to get a little sweat in every day!"
3. She Goes for Walks
Hannah also walks her dogs. "Adam and I take Wally on walks around the neighborhood,” she told Us. While walking she will “listen to my favorite podcasts, or have a phone call with a friend!”
4. She Reads
Brown wraps up her day by “reading a few chapters of a good book” before hopping into bed. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
5. She Cooks

Hannah loves cooking healthy meals. “I’ve really started to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The Instant Pot makes it easy to make a yummy meal quick!” she told Us.
6. She Eats a Filling Breakfast

“I try to eat around 11 after my workout, which could still be considered breakfast. Sometimes I'll have a banana, but my favorite is the breakfast tacos my boyfriend makes at home. It has to be with the Siete almond tortillas. They're so good with a little ghee butter on top, and then some scrambled eggs with either bacon or sausage. This is of course with some Cholula hot sauce on top,” she told Bustle.
7. She Is Present
Hannah’s “overall approach” to wellness “is to be present with my body and my mind — exploring what works and what doesn’t as I continue to build strength and confidence.”
