Soccer star Tobin Heath can officially add cycling to her long list of athletic achievements. Heath, 36, shared pictures of herself wearing cycling shorts and a shirt, posing on a bike with a huge smile on her face. “Saturday pt 1,” she captioned the post. “Takes up cycling in June. Goes to the Tour de France in August 😒 😜,” joked girlfriend Christen Press in the comments. “You look like a professional,” commented Sydney Leroux. In another post, FDJ–Suez captioned her in workout gear with: "Big connections are made on @letourfemmes." "Tobin really out here living her best life I love that for her😍," said one fan. Heath’s career is going from strength to strength both on and off the pitch—here’s what the soccer star is up to next.

1. She’s a Gunner

Heath played for Arsenal in the UK, an experience she treasures. “I was attracted to the style of play, to the certain players that were playing there, and you know, your first love of a club is something that is kind of unchanging and unwavering through it all,” she told Forbes. “Then, if you look on the women’s side of things, I guess in the landscape of European football, they were at the forefront of women’s football in creating a team, investing in a team, winning both the Champions League and the domestic league. So it’s a club that it’s easy to be passionate about and one that is really deep in my heart and in my history of football.”

2. Speaking Through Her Sport

Heath is proud of her track record in soccer. "I'm a stubborn and passionate person, and I wanted to be known as a footballer full stop," she told Business Insider. "I believed that that's where I wouldn't be distorted and that's where I could get the most amount of respect. I did a lot of talking with my football for a long, long time. I'm really proud of that."

3. Dating Christen Press

Heath recently announced she and Christen Press have been dating for eight years. "Tobin and I were not really friends. We weren’t really running in the same circles. And then as soon as I actually got to know her, there was just, like, a magnetism," Press said on Watch with Alex Cooper. "And I was like, that's what I want. And I never looked back. I still feel the exact same way. The other day, someone just said to us, 'Oh, you guys just met. You look like you’re in love.' And I'm like, 'No, it’s been eight years.’"

4. Sports Analysis For Women

Heath started The RE—CAP Show with Press to give their own analysis of the World Cup. "Women's sports has never been shown in its fullness, and that's because the structures of what sports are weren't coming from the perspective of us," she told Business Insider. "This was a very unique opportunity for us to change that landscape and be able to tell stories that look and feel like us and are from us."

5. Building For the Future

Heath wants women’s voices to be better represented in sports. “Women love sports," she told Business Insider. "And it's about time that women start building things for the things that they love.” She says it's been liberating to build something that helps "women have an opportunity to share the things they're passionate about."

Twilight star Ashley Greene is giving fans a glimpse at the highlights of her year so far. Greene, 36, shared several pictures of herself and family, including one of the star wearing black leggings and a purple workout top, looking fresh-faced and very toned. “Life lately,” she captioned the post, adding the word “commitment” for her workout selfie. Greene is now the co-owner of a gym, and her fitness routine has adapted to motherhood—here’s how the actress stays fit and full of energy.

1. Sweating For Good Headspace

Greene previously talked about her love for Rise Nation workouts in Los Angeles. “Mentally, for me, it’s so important. It really keeps me kind of sharp and focused,” she told Women’s Health. “I kind of alternate between doing the Versa classes and strength training and I’m waiting for the day that I can do them both in one day! It’s always that thing where, even when I don’t go to the gym, if I’m just sweating and being active – even if it’s not an intense session – I always feel so much better and things are much more organized in my head.”

2. Fueling Her Workouts

Toast,With,Peanut,Butter,,Banana,Slices,,Honey,And,Almond,FlakesShutterstock

Greene eats to fuel her workouts. “I used to have to have breakfast, but it was, like, yogurt,” she told Women’s Health. “Now I have to have two pieces of wholegrain toast and almond butter, honey and bananas on top. That would bother some people because it’s got a decent amount of fat, but you have to recognise that it’s fuel; it doesn’t matter if I’m putting calories and fat into my body – I need it to do the type of strength training that I like to do.”

3. Postpartum Fitness

Greene was careful about jumping back into her workout routine after welcoming daughter Kingsley Rainn in September 2022. "I wanted to feel fully back into my body… I really wanted to focus on making sure that I gave myself enough rest for everything to go back into place, and made sure that I wasn't trying to jump back into where I was and hurting myself," she told PEOPLE. "I feel like there's this idea that you are cleared after eight weeks and you can just jump back in, and that is so far from the case. I think it's really damaging to a lot of people.”

4. Learning Self-Confidence

Greene has learned to become comfortable and confident in her own skin. “I don't know that I've ever met someone who hasn't had some type of insecure moment or stage,” she told HuffPost. “You're growing and you're learning, and some days are good and some are bad. I'm definitely the most comfortable in my skin than I've ever been. I understand that a lot of things aren't the end of the world.”

5. Gym Owner

Greene and husband Paul Khory opened their own gym NexGen Fitness in Sherman Oaks, CA, and she is thrilled her daughter will grow up being familiar with the place. “She was just running around this place that holds so much importance to all of us,” she told PEOPLE. “She’ll grow up understanding and have such a toolbox for mental health and physical fitness and reproductive rights, and that’s such a cool thing to be able to give all that to your daughter. It’s much more fulfilling to put your name and your face behind something that you truly care about."

Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan is about to get married, and is celebrating her bachelorette party. Hagan posted a new photo of herself with her friends partying in Ibiza. In it, she posed in a white bathing suit with a jeweled hat saying “Bride.” Hagan captioned the photo, “Living my absolute best life yesterday with my fave people.” Read on to see 5 ways Holly Hagan stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Eats A Balanced Diet

Hagan broke down her wellness secrets in an interview with Closer Online. She says that when it comes to her diet, she keeps it pretty balanced. “I’m not eating for optimal health and performance, I’m not an athlete,” she said. “I’m eating to enjoy a balanced lifestyle with everything I love and enjoy. Which does include a mix of everything.”

2. She’s Consistent

Hagan told Closer Online that she is very consistent when it comes to working out. She says that this helps her lose weight during the pandemic. “I’m down another 7lbs since then and just maintained that during lockdown. All down to calorie deficit and consistent movement, no gym throughout lockdown, so I was making sure I was on the bike each day.”

3. She Strength Trains

In this Instagram video, Hagan revealed that she has started strength training. She revealed that she was scared of it at first, but has found the right gym and trainer to help her. “I’ve always been terrified of the squat rack. It was always “the mens” area of the gym and I felt the looks from men in commercial gyms waiting for me to finish my sets using the bar only. It filled me with anxiety even to try. Then I went to @real_life_health_and_fitness and focused on weights properly for the first time.”

4. She’s Not Afraid Of Failing

In the same Instagram video, Hagan revealed that she has struggled with weight training in the past. However, she says that she kept at it. “It's ok to fail, because each time you fail you can reflect on why. Improving each time. The point is to never give up.”

5. She Sets Fitness Goals

On her website, Hagan revealed some of her fitness and wellness secrets. She says that she likes to set small goals for working out, rather than losing weight. “We set fitness goals, rather than weight loss goals. We aimed for full press-ups, heavier weights, and before I knew it, my body was changing with it. I was stronger, fitter, faster, and healthier.

Singer and presenter Michelle Heaton is encouraging fans to work out for a charitable cause. Heaton, who shot to fame with pop group Liberty X, shared a video of herself wearing an orange tank top and black leggings at the gym, holding a jump rope in her hands. “Together with David Lloyd Clubs, I’m supporting the BBC Children in Need Bearpee challenge and I’m encouraging you to do the same!” she captioned the post. Heaton has turned her life around over the past few years—here’s what her wellness and fitness regimen looks like.

1. Workout After School Run

Heaton works out after dropping kids Faith and AJ off at school. “I love the way exercise makes me feel,” she told OK!. “It clears my mind, gives me an outlet to channel frustrations and cope with stress. It just allows me to be the best version of myself. After going to the gym, I feel like I’ve got mental clarity and everything flows better in life. In fact, I’m even nicer to my husband and kids afterwards!”

2. Sober Life

No,Alcohol,Sign,Is,On,A,Wooden,Table,In,TheShutterstock

Heaton lives a sober life, and is thrilled with the freedom and health benefits of no longer drinking alcohol. “Without alcohol, I’m not clouded anymore,” she told OK!. “I have control of my life again. “Plus, when I was drinking it was a cycle of horrible hangovers and eating rubbish. I know I have an alcohol problem and addiction, but exercise really helps keep me on track.”

3. The 70/30 Rule

Heaton’s diet is based on maintenance with more freedom on the weekends. “I very rarely slip up with my food in the house but I reward my hard work with date nights and eating out at weekends,” she told MailOnline. “It's all a balancing act with maintenance, if you’re good 70 per cent of the time you should enjoy the other 30 per cent. However, if weight loss is your goal then there's no 30 per cent margin - it's called a diet for a reason so you need to put in the hard work and have patience to lose weight effectively. It doesn’t happen overnight.”

4. Active Life and Mental Health

Heaton enjoys working out with husband Hugh Hanley. “Hugh and I do try to go together sometimes, though – it helps having a partner as it pushes you further,” she told OK!.” But exercise and nutrition are just such a big part of our lives. It helps with mental health, our sleep and, obviously, physically. Strength training is our favorite, whereas running on a cardio machine... not so much. It’s so beneficial for helping to combat muscle wastage, especially as we all get older.”

5. Her Parenting Mantra

Heaton has her own philosophy when it comes to child-raising. “I personally think what makes a good mom is patience, nurturing and listening to your child's wants and needs instead of imposing your own ways that you may have read about in a book - every child and family is different,” she told MailOnline. “Every day is a challenge; you learn something new about your children or parenting or even yourself. It's challenging but rewarding all at the same time as you see these beautiful people growing up before your eyes. I love learning about my children, it's fascinating.”

Singer and TV presenter Michelle Heaton is on a roll with her fitness routine. Heaton, 44, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a matching tank top, doing a strength training workout at the gym. “Calling all my menopausal women out there..👊❤️Come train with me … 🙏🏻Did you know that any exercise at all in menopause will help keep your weight from constantly fluctuating, helping lower stress, anxiety, and depression, all of which tend to show up liberally during and beyond menopause. No matter what you choose to do, something is better than nothing ladies! You got this 💯,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Heaton stays fit and full of energy.

1. Bright Workout Gear

Heaton knows how important the right exercise wear is for comfort during a workout. “As a busy mum, I sometimes wear gym stuff all day, so it has to look cool, feel good to the touch and be durable and comfy,” she told Asda Good Living. “I think wearing brightly-colored clothing can lift your mood. Plus if you’re in a large exercise class, it makes it easier to spot yourself in the mirror and correct your positions. Wear the right sports bra for the exercise you do. For yoga, I wear a bra that leaves me free to do more, then one with more support for interval training and weights.”

2. Small Workouts When Possible

Heaton fits in smaller workouts when she doesn’t have time for her regular routine. "No time to work out? Find ways to fit exercise into your daily routine,” she told Asda Good Living. “You don’t have to do it all in one go – you could try lunges as you can vacuum then star jumps whilst you’re watching TV. A few mini-workouts a day will add up. One of the best ways that I stay motivated is by leaving my gym equipment out so that I can see it. So it's always in my trail of thought - no excuses!"

3. Early Morning Workouts

Heaton arranges her workouts around her children—the earlier in the day, the better. "I try my very best to go to the gym four or five times a week,” she told Your Healthy Living. “I force myself to work hard there because I know I haven’t got long and I have to get back to the kids. I tend to get up really early and get there for about 6 a.m. before the kids wake up. I like to keep fit… I’m noticing that my metabolism is slowing down and I can’t eat all the things I want to eat any more. I like to try and look my best because it makes me happy."

4. Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream

2019,7,29,Ny,Elizabeth,Arden,Eight,Hour,Cream,SkinShutterstock

Heaton is a big fan of cult beauty product Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream. “I always like to have Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream handy because it has so many uses,” she told Closer. “I use it as a lip balm, for cuts and grazes, I even use it on my hair, and it’s perfect for moisturizing skin when you’re on a flight. It’s always in my bag. I also use it on Faith [her daughter] when she grazes her skin, it’s really handy.”

5. Home Cooked Whole Foods

Heaton likes to cook at home from scratch. "We stay away from processed or starchy foods,” she told Your Healthy Living. “A typical day at home would begin with a smoothie made with blueberries and protein powder, then lunch would be an egg white omelet with a side salad and our evening meal would be some sort of protein with plenty of vegetables. I might have Greek yoghurt or a protein bar for a snack. We try to eat organic sometimes but as it can be expensive, it depends on our budget for the week."

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
