Tatiana Lia Zappardino is hiking in Switzerland – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the Tulsa King star shows off her amazing body while getting some fresh air and outdoor exercise. “A little taste of Mont Blanc 🏔️ #travel #tmb #seetheworld #france #italy #switzerland,” she captioned the Instagram photo. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.


1. Walking

Tatiana gets her steps in, and doesn’t use motherhood as an excuse not to. Here she is going for a walk while wearing her baby and holding onto her two dog’s leashes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

2. Skiing

Tatiana enjoys hitting the slopes. Here she is skiing with her partner, Alexander. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

3. Strength Training

Tatiana hits the gym for strength training workouts. She does the airbike, lifts weights, does ab work, lifts weights, and does squats. “People say its so easy for me to be in shape! Strength training may also help you:

  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

4. Yoga

Tatiana is also a yogi. “When you are ONE with the floor. 🧘🏻‍♀,” she captioned a photo.There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

5. Hiking

In her recent post Tatiana takes a hike. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
