Maria Menounos is a multi-talented TV host, best known for founding AfterBuzz TV, and she is also a fitness expert. With a passion for wellness, she recently took to Instagram to share one of her daily non-negotiable health habits: watching the sunrise. In her post, Menounos highlighted how this practice has a profound impact on her mental and physical well-being. “Sunrise is the most magical time of the day! It’s my non-negotiable for my health, mental and physical,” she wrote. Menounos is always focused on living a balanced life, whether it's through her skincare routine or incorporating movement into her day. Here’s a deeper look into how she maintains her well-being and stays in great shape.

1. She Walks

Menounous likes to walk to keep herself in shape. She tells New Beauty, “I love going for a walk with my dogs. To me just being out in nature really helps me reconnect and get regrounded. Motion equals emotion, so, whenever you’re not feeling well just get out and start moving. It makes you feel better instantly.”

2. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Menounous shared her skincare secrets with New Beauty. “Skin-care wise I have to say I really love Dr. Jason Diamond’s Metacine skin-care line. I got an early stash from him and my skin’s been glowing. And I’ve gone through so much hell in the early part of the year, so I was like, ‘Do I look like it?’ I don’t. I really love his new products. I also just switched over my foundation. I’ve been trying to clean up my beauty products, which I’ve been doing for the last few years. I just tried NARS’ new Radiant Foundation ($50). I also use a little of the Kosas Glow I.V. Vitamin-Infused Skin Enhancer ($38) and it gives a really nice glow. I’m really loving the Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash ($25) tubing mascara. And Beauty Bio, I’m really obsessed with their products, like the GloFacial ($199) pore cleanser. I also love their roller. It’s all so good.”

3. She Loves Smoothies

Apple,And,Banana,Smoothie,In,A,Glass.,Close-up.Shutterstock

Menounous shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with Health. She says that she likes to make smoothies for breakfast, and shared her favorite recipe. "Most mornings I start with a smoothie," she says. "My favorite has Greek yogurt, almonds, apple, banana, cinnamon, and a little bit of skim milk. It’s [celebrity trainer] Harley Pasternak’s recipe; I’ve been doing it for years. Nine times out of 10 that's what I'm having."

4. She Has A Balanced Diet

Menounous makes sure to eat a healthy diet. However, she tells Health that she doesn’t believe in depriving herself and does believe in balance. “I really do try to aim for a 75-25 rule for eating (but for me it’s really 80% clean). If I ate clean all day and I’m watching a movie later that night, I’ll have a few Kit Kat Bites or some popcorn, and I’m not going to feel bad about it. I can play a little bit.’

5. She Moves Constantly

Menounos has an active life. She talked about this her interview with Health. “Move with a purpose,” she said. “Even if you’re just going from your office to the bathroom, power walk there. Get a [fitness tracker] and make sure that you’re reaching your steps-a-day goal, and that you’re always going. Take the harder way as much as possible. We’re so conditioned to take the easy way, the convenient way. I never do that; I’m always moving.”

Maria Menounos, the media personality and TV host, is known for her toned, slender figure. She is looking forward to the summer weather, and her most recent Instagram post proves it. In the post, Menounos lounged on a pool float in the water. She wore a white bathing suit, her abs and legs on display. She captioned the post, “It’s warmin’ up!!!” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Created Her Own Plan

In an interview with Ladies Home Journal, Menounos revealed that she went through a period where she gained a lot of weight. She says that she tried a lot of established plans to drop the pounds, but nothing work. Menounos decided to look elsewhere. "Since I couldn't find a plan that worked for me, I decided to create my own," she says. "Within a year I lost 40 pounds."

2. She Doesn’t Aim To Be Thin

Menounos says that her main goal is to feel healthy, not to be skinny. She tells Ladies Home Journal that when she was skinny, she wasn’t always healthy, and ended up in and out of the hospital. This is what made her focus on how she felt, not what she weighed. “Just because you're thinner doesn't mean you're healthier. I made it my mission to figure out the very best ways to control my weight and be healthy at the same time."

3. She Focuses On Long Term Success

For Menounos, being healthy took a while. She tells Ladies Home Journal that her focus was correcting unhealthy habits she had, not going on a diet for a couple of weeks. “My goal was to stop overeating, make healthier choices, and lose weight slowly over the course of one year," she says. "Trying to rush or do crazy crash diets does not give you sustainable results."

4. She Has A Food Journal

One thing Menounos does to stay healthy is keeping a food journal. She says that this helps her see what she’s eating, and how it affects her body and weight. "Before you change your diet, spend a week recording everything that you eat—and when you ate it—in a weight-loss journal," she advises in Ladies Home Journal. "Now that you know what you're eating.”

5. She Does Little Workouts Throughout The Day

Menounos tells TooFab that she lives an active life. One way she is able to do this is by finding small ways to be active each day. “I find creative ways to squeeze in exercises during my daily living routine and I stay as active as I possibly can. I walk instead of drive. I opt for stairs instead of escalators. I also have an inexpensive pedometer that measures my daily steps. I strive to do 10,000 a day and whether I accomplish that or not, it's a reminder to try.”

No arms, super easy to move around and use..the double chaise even has a little tray that pulls out for your drinks! Got these cute little trees for decor and the pool chairs are THE BEST pool chairs I’ve found. Definitely and investment but they last forever and are perfect,” she said. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Gets Up

“If you’re a complete newbie when it comes to fitness, or if you have been away from exercise for a while and want to start again, there are a few things that you can do to get you moving in no time. The best way to get going is to get up! Move around the office, stretch, take a walk around the block, or go for a run at lunch time. If you’re interested in getting some exercise before bedtime too, there are plenty of ways to do so,” Maria wrote.

2. She Walks

“Walking is a great way to get moving. It’s easy, it doesn’t require any special equipment or a gym membership, and you can do it anywhere. Walking is also effective because it gets your body moving without requiring much effort on your part—you can take as many breaks as you need without feeling guilty about skipping out on exercise altogether,” wrote Maria. “You may have heard that walking boosts brain power and helps with memory retention, but that’s not all! Walking can help reduce stress levels, improve sleep quality, lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels—all things that are good for your overall health and well-being (and happiness!).”

3. She Visits the Doctor

“Pro-tip: try to schedule all of your appointments in the same month,” Maria wrote on an Instagram post. She knows what she’s talking about, as she once had brain tumor symptoms discovered by her doctor. “Get your dentist, gynecologist, skin check and any doctor’s appointments all done at once – this way you can always remember. October for example is when I handle the health biz. I try to set back-to-back appointments and knock out as many as I can at once. Try your best to have a rhythm so you never forget! It’s helped me! Good luck.”

4. Here’s Her Take on Success

“I realized what matters in life are the people that you positively affect and touch — the things that you do that are not about accolades, awards, or success. Success isn’t a closet of Chanel bags. It all doesn’t matter if you’re going to go, what matters is living while you can. Every time you can dance, someone else can’t. You have to remember that,” she has said, according to Girlboss.

5. Get a Hobby

“I never had hobbies and I never thought I had the time. Now I’ve gone the opposite way — it takes like six hours a week. Do we not have a couple of hours a week to devote to ourselves to be better and happier emotionally and spiritually? I took up guitar and I’ll go into a guitar session having had a very stressful family conversation and leave feeling so uplifted and happy. Whatever that is going to make you feel good — is it dance class? Is it SoulCycle or playing with puppies at the shelter? You need to figure out things that aren’t expensive and figure out how to access your happiness during stressful moments without cost,” she told Girlboss.

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”
