Here are her top lifestyle habits.

Clarissa Molina is expressing her gratitude on her birthday – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Univision star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit, while sharing a message with her fans."Thank you papa God for another year!. A new year, new things, new life, happiness!. Thank you God! Thank you all for your love and well wishes!" she captioned the Instagram post. How does the 32-year-old keep herself fit and healthy? Celebwell rounded up some of her top lifestyle tips.

1

Have Discipline

While preparing for Miss Universe, the Dominican celebrity exerted discipline to drop weight fast. "This super strict diet that I followed for almost two months helped me lose weight, 40 pounds. In Miss Universe I reached 115 pounds. Imagine yourself. A big difference," she explained in a video shared to Facebook. "Obviously this diet takes a lot of sacrifices, but the reward is good and the result is what you want at the end of the day, which is to lose weight and look spectacular." She added: "Obviously it was not easy. For me, the part of all the pressure that I had for Miss Universe was very difficult. It was in two months, I did not have a year to prepare. So that's why I had to make it very strict," she confessed. "I recommend that you do it exactly as I told you now and that you really want it. If possible. At the end of the day the important thing is how you feel."

Clarissa's diet started with breakfast, two egg whites, a small cup of 6 to 7 pieces of pineapple, and tea or coffee without sugar. She would also have green tea. For a snack, between breakfast and lunch, she would eat a green apple or six almonds, followed by a lunch of lettuce and tomato salad with a can of tuna with lots of lemon. "I tell you a can of tuna because it has more protein. In my case, when I made it I only ate half a can of tuna. But I recommend that you eat it completely," she said. For dinner, she would eat the remainder of the tuna with a salad of cucumber, tomato and lettuce".

Exercise Three Times a Day

Two months prior to the competition Molina went to extreme fitness measures and started working out three times a day. How often should you exercise? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

Clarissa also enjoys riding bikes in her free time. The Cleveland Clinic explains that cycling is a low-impact aerobic exercise, great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

5

Dance

Clarissa is a fan of dancing, a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
