Valerie Loureda, known to WWE fans as Lola Vice, has had a dynamic career, transitioning from MMA fighting to professional wrestling. As the winner of the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament, Loureda continues to inspire fans with her athleticism and drive. Last week, she shared a playful video on Instagram of herself dancing, captioned, “The Vice way.” Loureda’s commitment to health and wellness extends beyond her performances. From staying true to herself and inspiring others to embracing martial arts and maintaining a balanced diet, she embodies discipline and resilience. Whether she’s training fasted, taking supplements for recovery, or practicing martial arts to boost her confidence, Loureda encourages others to follow their passions and never lose sight of who they are.

1. She Wants To Inspire Others

One of Loureda’s goals is to inspire other women. “When I first got my contract with Bellator, I felt for the first time the world was going to be introduced to me, and this is what I’ve always dreamed of— to be on a platform that will allow people to recognize the martial artist and the woman that I am,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “Now more than ever after this fight, I feel like I I’m being recognized for the first time and not just by men, but equally by women. I’m being supported by women and I’m being shown as an inspiration to them. And that means more to me than anything else.”

2. She’s True To Herself

Loureda makes sure to stay true to herself. She revealed in her Muscle and Fitness interview that this is the biggest piece of advice she gives others. “Don’t listen to what anybody has to say about you, because you have to be yourself and stay true to yourself in order to be recognized by the world. And if I would have listened to what anybody said about me, I wouldn’t be in the position where I am now. And just because I don’t look like I’m the stereotype in my sport doesn’t mean I don’t have the same level and the same talent. So I would tell girls to stay true to themselves. Be yourself, and work a hundred times harder than everyone else in your career. Stay true to your passion and just grow and shine—don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.”

3. She Takes Supplements

Loureda tells Muscle & Fitness that she likes to take supplements. “Every day I work out, and after every workout I use Vital Performance Recover. I love guava lime— it reminds me of Miami. After every training session, I always do that to make sure I’m good for the next one. You know, it really helps my body and my recovery. The amino acids, and everything has been amazing for, for my training.”

4. She Eats Healthy

Loureda makes sure to eat a healthy diet, and opened up about it in an interview with Vital Proteins. “Every morning, I train fasted – meaning I don’t eat anything before working out. Afterward, I usually have some sort of protein, a carb and healthy fat like avocado. As for why I train fasted, I find, in my experience, it’s a great way to maintain my weight. I also feel lean while exercising.”

5. She Does Martial Arts

Loureda shared what she loves about martial arts in her Muscle & Fitness interview. “I think for women, one of the biggest things martial arts teaches you, in general, is confidence. You know, with confidence, you can do things. I’ve always been the only girl in my class, all full of men— for example, boxing— but I have the confidence to do that. For a woman who want to get started, I’d say start with boxing because I feel like boxing is a huge stress relief for a lot of women.

Valentina Lequeux is a very successful fitness model. She shares a lot of her workout videos on Instagram. In May, she shared a full-body high-intensity interval training workout on her page. She is seen doing things like lunge jumps, plank twists, and push-ups. Lequeux captioned the post, “FULL BODY HIIT 💦 This routine will help with your nutrition choices this coming weekend. Go ahead and have that drink, just train hard.”

1. She Like To Workout Outside

Lequeux likes to workout outside. She captioned her Instagram post, “It’s getting warmer outside, so there’s little to no excuses to take your fitness outdoors especially with this minimal equipment routine.” UC Davis states that going outside has a lot of benefits. “Being outdoors can also have relaxing effects on our minds. Nature can provide a mental break by allowing us to temporarily escape the demands of everyday life. It can also boost your creativity and problem-solving abilities. For example, if you're having a mental block writing a paper or can't seem to solve a problem at work, step outside for a breath of fresh air. Take an easy walk around your neighborhood or office, and you just might find the answers you were looking for.”

2. She Weight Trains

As you can see in her Instagram post, Lequeux likes to weight train. She wrote in the caption, “All you need is a kettlebell, I’m using the 18 lb @bellsofsteel kettlebell.”

2. She Works Her Core

Lequeux shared her core workouts in this Instagram video. “15 minute CORE AMRAP 🔥 Set a timer with 15 minutes & perform as many series of these moves as you can (see below for rep count). Rest as little as possible at the end of each round. Make every rep count!⁣ 1. Ball slams x15 each side. 2. Weighted sit up w/med ball toss x20 reps⁣. 3. High plank w/kettlebell pass x15 each hand⁣. 4. Weighted floor rock into pistol squat x10 each leg.”

4. She Works Her Legs

Lequeux shared her lower body workouts in this Instagram video. “Full Leg Day 👌🏼 This was the only workout so did in Texas, we went to @lgndbarbell (not an ad) what a cool spot, check it if you live in Huston it’s top notch for any of my bodybuilding or powerlifting peeps.⁣ I did a warm up that isn’t shown in this vid, sorry I completely forgot to film it! But it’s so good you have to do it before the working sets:⁣ X2 rounds of:⁣ 1.Kettlebell swings: x15⁣. 2.Leg extension: x12⁣. 3.Hamstring curl: x8⁣. 4.Back extension w/oh plate press & hold: x12⁣.”

5. She Does HIIT

As you can see from her Instagram post, Lequeux likes to do HIIT. Circle Health Group states, “HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. During the high-intensity intervals, your heart rate and breathing rate increase substantially. Over time, this helps to improve your aerobic capacity, also known as VO2 max, which is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise. A higher VO2 max is associated with improved stamina and endurance.”

Vanessa Hudgens is getting a Pilates session in at the Alo Studio – and showing off her baby bump. In a new social media post the actress flaunts her belly in a crop top and leggings post-workout. “Lil Pilates + Laura Quinn = Win win,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image. Vanessa is a longtime Pilates devotee. Here is everything you need to know about her Pilates workouts.

1. Vanessa Is an Athlete

Nonna Gleyzer, one of the High School Musical star’s Pilates trainers, recently told us that “It’s extremely easy to work with Vanessa, because she is by far one of the most coordinated, focused, and very in tune with her body people. She is also very flexible and has amazing control. It’s like working with a dancer and an athlete at the same time,” she says. “She is very active and does different workouts all the time. She just loves to move her body.”

2. Leg Day Workout

“We usually start with the foot workout on the reformer and training the legs in every dimension possible,” says Gleyzer about Vanessa’s leg day workouts. “The thighs contain several muscles. The quadriceps and hamstrings help us bend and extend the hips and knees. The adductors move the legs inward toward each other. The pectineus and sartorius let you flex and rotate the thighs at the hip.”

3. Ab Day Workout

On ab day, Vanessa does “lots of abs with the pilates ball as well as side ups on the Pilates spine corrector. This allows her to get deeper into the muscles while protecting the back,” she says.

4. Upper Body Workout Day

Vanessa’s upper body workouts are done on the Pilates Cadillac, “where we use the roll-down bar to arm and do lots of moves that involve stretching and control,” she says.

5. Vanessa “Knows Her Body Well”

Overall, Gleyzer maintains Vanessa is a great client to train. “Working with Vanessa is incredible and so easy as she knows her body so well and loves to see results,” she says.

6. She Does 3 to 4 Pilates Sessions Per Week

Vanessa.HudgensVanessa Hudgens/Instagram

Vanessa trains with Nonna at her Body By Nonna studio three to four times a week. “When it comes to pilates and when we work together, we see each other 3 to 4 times per week,” she reveals. During the sessions they work the whole body, but also focus on a single group of muscles.

In his TikTok, Wahlberg is seen enjoying eggs with sausage. According to University Hospitals, eggs have a lot of health benefits. “At 70 calories each, eggs are a stellar protein source and a nutritional powerhouse. When eaten as part of a balanced diet, eggs provide multiple health benefits and are unlikely to pose a risk for heart disease.”

He Eats Salmon

Wahlberg is also seen enjoying salmon. The Mayo Clinic states that salmon has a lot of benefits. “Seafood in general, and salmon in particular, is a good choice for protein in the diet. If you can use salmon in place of a higher fat meat, that's even better. Salmon is probably best known for its omega-3 fatty acids. Called EPA and DHA, these fats may support heart health, brain function and healthy joints.”

He Likes Lemon Juice

Wahlberg is seen enjoying lemon juice in his TikTok. St. Vincent’s Medical Center states that lemon is very beneficial. “Weight-loss studies have also noted the effects of lemon. Drinking lemon water, which keeps you hydrated, increases your metabolism. One glass burns at least six calories. It can also help you feel full, making it easier to resist an urge to snack.”

He Likes Olive Oil

Another thing that Wahlberg is seen eating in his TikTok is olive oil. According to The Cleveland Clinic, olive oil has a lot of health benefits. “EVOO contains more than 20 types of polyphenols, a category of plant-based chemical compounds that help protect your heart and reduce inflammation throughout your body. Polyphenols are a type of antioxidant.”

He Gets Enough Protein

Protein is a big part of Wahlberg’s diet. He is not only seen eating high-protein foods like eggs and salmon in his TikTok, but he is also seen eating protein bars and powders. Piedmont states that protein is extremely important. “Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage and skin. In fact, your hair and nails are composed mostly of protein. Your body uses it to build and repair tissue.”

He Eats Blueberries

Wahlberg is also seen enjoying blueberries in his TikTok. The Cleveland Clinic states that blueberries have a lot of benefits. “Because blueberries are high in fiber and lower in sugar when compared to other fruits, they don’t cause your blood sugar to spike. For people with certain health conditions, scientists suspect this positive effect could aid with blood sugar management.”

Rita Ora isn’t just a chart-topping singer and TV star—she’s also serious about staying fit. Whether she’s lighting up the stage with hits like Black Widow or guessing contestants on The Masked Singer, Ora makes sure to carve out time for the gym. In a recent Instagram post captioned "Come to the gym with me," she gave fans an inside look at her workout routine, and it’s packed with powerhouse moves. From treadmill runs to Pilates, here’s exactly how she keeps her body in top shape.

She Strength Trains

Ora is seen using dumbbells and a weighted shoulder press machine in her Instagram video. Both of these are considered strength training exercises. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

The first thing Ora does at the gym is run on the treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that this has a lot of benefits. “Jogging or running on a treadmill helps to lose weight as well as burn fat quickly and effectively. Yet it’s easier on your knees and joints than outdoor running. This is the most popular advantage of working out on a treadmill workouts. Besides, these workouts burn calories at a faster rate than other aerobic exercises. To burn calories even faster, you just need to run longer and faster on the machine.”

She Does Tricep Exercises

Ora is seen doing tricep curls in her Instagram video. Gymless says that all tricep workouts have a lot of benefits. “Our triceps muscles enable us to extend the elbows, and it is a powerful extender of the forearm. Triceps are often used for pushing, which is utilized in our everyday activities such as opening a door, inserting a plug into a socket, or moving furniture across the room.“

She Does Leg Presses

Ora is also seen using the leg press machine in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic says that this exercise is very beneficial. “The leg press is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work a variety of muscles in the lower body. Specifically, the leg press targets the quadriceps muscles in the front of the thighs, the gluteal muscles in the buttocks, the hamstring muscles in the back of the thighs, and the calves, all in an integrated fashion. Since the leg press works several muscles at once, it's an especially efficient way to strengthen your lower body.”

She Does Pilates

Rita Ora on a Pilates reformer

The last workout that Ora is seen doing in her Instagram video is a session on the Pilates reformer. Pilates has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”
