Exercise is a daily habit, and “a really positive thing for me,” Victoria told The Guardian’s Weekend magazine. “It’s part of who I am now, and I really enjoy it.” Victoria sweats a whopping two hours every day, breaking her exercise time up. She starts the day by running a 7k on the treadmill at 6am, “a mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, running.” According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

2. Strength Training

After cardio, Victoria works out with a personal trainer, “30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

3. Discipline

If you want to look like Victoria at 50, plan on working out for it now. "I'm very disciplined with the way that I eat, the way that I work out, and the way I work," Victoria told Grazia. "That's just who I am."

4. A Drink on Occasion

Victoria has a drink every now and then."I'm not going to be one of these, ‘Ah, there are too many calories in a glass of wine' types," she said. "Whatever. Life's too short. Let's have a nice time.

5. Grilled Fish and Veggies

According to Victoria’s husband David Beckham his wife has “eaten the same thing for the last 25 years,” he revealed on Ruthie's Table 4 podcast. “Since I met her, she only eats grilled fish [and] steamed vegetables,” he said. “She will very rarely deviate from that." According to the soccer star, she cheated when she was pregnant with their daughter, Harper. “The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing,” he said. "It was one of my favorite evenings."
