Stirling spends countless hours perfecting her moves, blending the art of dance with her musical performances. In her performances, you'll see Stirling wowing the audience with a killer dance routine that behind the scenes she spends days learning the routine. "One of the health benefits is cardiovascular. So, it's an aerobic exercise which helps our body use oxygen, which helps increase our heart rate," said Kellie Grabfelder, DPT, physical therapist for Cleveland Clinic. "It gets our blood pumping through our body and oxygen to our muscles. And this can even aid in weight loss for people."

She Eats Peanut Butter

In 2017, Sterling was on Dancing with the Stars and told PEOPLE, "I'm eating steaks all the time, still trying to be really healthy but just trying to get calories, eating full peanut butter scoops." Peanut butter in moderation is healthy and according to Hartford Healthcare, "Peanut butter does not contain cholesterol, and its ratio of saturated to unsaturated fats makes it a heart-healthy food. Some of the benefits include improved blood cholesterol levels, lower inflammation and stabile heart rhythm."

She Leans on Her Faith

Stirling has been open about her struggles with anorexia and has relied on her Mormon faith to help her overcome the issue. "I saw my relationships deteriorating with my sister Brooke," Stirling told PEOPLE in early 2016. "I'd become miserable and self-absorbed about my body. That's when it hit me that I had a problem."

In a recent video posted on Instagram, someone stopped Stirling on the street and asked what the best part of her job was. She said "being creative" and "traveling." Exploring new places and seeing the world is exciting, but it also has positive mental healh benefits. According to the Mental Health Association in Delaware, traveling helps reduce stress, boost creativity, increase resiliency, and increase productivity.
