Port talked about her diet in an interview with HollywoodLife. She says that she believes in moderation. "I try to live my life completely in moderation. I try to work out three times a week and eat mostly lean proteins, veggies, and fruits but, I also allow myself to enjoy myself when I feel like it! I don't believe in strict diets or limitations. It's all about a healthy balance."

Port also revealed her go-to workout with HollywoodLife. "Hot yoga is my jam. It's the only thing I do and I absolutely love it. It tones me, gives me the release of any stress I have, and just feels so good for my body. It's a physical and mental treat."

She Stays Positive

Port shared how she combats anxiety in an interview with E! News. "Try to stay strong, so I can look back on this time and be proud of the partner, mom and individual I was able to be. That doesn't mean I push down sadness or anxiety when it comes. I feel those feelings and let them come out. Releasing them is the only way to actually work through them. I wake up each morning and tell myself, 'It is going to be a good day,' to have a positive mindset. I really try to step outside of myself to make sure I am keeping a healthy perspective."

If I don't have a lot of time, I will do Lauren Gores' express workouts on her Instagram. Next week, I am starting Megan Roup's The Sculpt Society which I am really excited about. AND I am dying to try The Class by Taryn Toomey."
