In a new social media post the WWE wrestler shows off her amazing body in a two–piece exercise set during a sweat session at the gym, sharing a mirror selfie after her workout. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Healthy Diet

Bayley maintains a healthy diet. "For a couple of years, I was like kind of just doing whatever I wanted," she told Indulgexpress. "I'm on a stricter diet now. I have a nutritionist and a strength coach and he really keeps me in check. It's like the boring stuff you see online. It's like chicken rice and veggies, yogurt and protein powder, oatmeal and eggs."
2. Basketball
Bayley enjoys shooting hoops. “Put me in the next @nba ALL-STAR celebrity game,” she writes. “Basketball promotes speed, agility, strength, power and endurance. It [has] also been shown to increase flexibility and motor coordination. As a result, basketball is uniquely oriented to improve fundamental motor skills that are shown to be beneficial in promoting general health,” Koco Eaton, M.D., orthopedic surgeon, founder of Eaton Orthopaedics and a former basketball player, tells Nike.
3. Coffee

According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
4. CrossFit

Bayley is into CrossFit workout. In this YouTube video, she is seen doing exercises. CrossFit is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that focuses on improving strength, endurance, and body composition. However, it can result in injury if not done properly. The involvement of well-educated coaches decreases the injury rate.
5. Consistency

It’s all about consistency, says Bayley. “You have to be in it for the long run and you have to be consistent. The road will always be full of ups and downs, but if you stay consistent with your goals and your work ethic, you’re going to get to where you want to be,” she captioned a post.
