Bayley, one of WWE’s most accomplished wrestlers, is known for her incredible fitness and tenacity in the ring. The longest-reigning SmackDown champion, Bayley has also held Raw and Tag Team titles. In a recent Instagram collaboration with fellow wrestler Indi Hartwell, the two stars playfully faced off, with Bayley captioning the post, “Dis town ain’t big enough for da both of us, honey.” Behind her WWE success, Bayley credits her rigorous training and disciplined lifestyle for her achievements. Here's how she stays in shape and continues to dominate her field.

1. She Does CrossFit

Bayley makes sure to stay fit. In this YouTube video, she is seen doing CrossFit exercises. Star Valley Health states that CrossFit is very beneficial. “Crossfit combines high intensity interval training or HIIT and is as simple as doing a handful of exercises for a certain duration either as fast as you can or for as many repetitions as you can in a certain period of time. This type of varied training is fun because you can ALWAYS improve. Some exercises such as walking or running can get repetitive and boring, or require longer periods of time but a HIIT workout can be as short as five minutes and really wipe you out.”

2. She Lifts Weights

Bayley is seen lifting weights in this YouTube video. According to The Mayo Clinic, using weights has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

3. She Wants To Prove Herself

Bayley talked about her career in an interview with Indulge Express. “I always feel like I have something to prove. This being my first solo WrestleMania, it’s something that I have fought for for a long time. It’s something that I openly wished for and openly said that I wanted to do and accomplish. This is only Iyo’s second WrestleMania. The fact that she is in this championship match says a lot about her. I’m excited. We’ve never been in the ring together, so it’s gonna be crazy.”

4. She Eats Healthy

Bayley tells Indulge Express that she makes sure to eat healthy. “For a couple of years, I was like kind of just doing whatever I wanted. I’m on a stricter diet now. I have a nutritionist and a strength coach and he really keeps me in check. It’s like the boring stuff you see online. It’s like chicken rice and veggies, yogurt and protein powder, oatmeal and eggs.”

5. She’s Consistent

Bayley tells Indulge Express that consistency is one of her biggest wellness secrets. “You have to be in it for the long run, and you have to be consistent. The road will always be full of ups and downs, but if you stay consistent with your goals and your work ethic, you’re going to get to where you want to be.”
