Becky Lynch, known as "The Man" in WWE, is not only a wrestling powerhouse but also an advocate for fitness and body confidence. Recently, Lynch took to the pickleball courts, showing off her love for the sport in a fun Instagram post. Beyond the ring, Becky stays active in various ways, from stationary biking to working out with fellow wrestlers like her husband, Seth Rollins. Since becoming a mother, she's embraced body positivity, appreciating what her body can do rather than how it looks. As Becky prepares to release her book, she opens up about the importance of honesty, both with herself and her fans. Discover how this wrestling icon maintains her fitness and mental well-being.

1. She Loves Pickleball

As you can see from the Instagram post, Lynch likes to play pickleball to stay in shape. Renown Health states that the sport has a lot of health benefits. “Pickleball is a great form of cardiovascular exercise that helps get your heart rate up. It can lead to better cholesterol and blood pressure levels, lowering your risk of heart disease. Since pickleball is a low-impact sport and easy on the body, it’s a great way to get movement in and maintain healthy bones, joints and muscles. By playing pickleball, you’ll reduce the rate of bone loss and help conserve bone tissue.”

2. She’s Comfortable With Her Body

After having her daughter, Lynch became more comfortable with her body. She talked about this in an interview with Muscle & Fitness. “I just feel like I appreciate my body more,” says Lynch. “I go, ‘Well, you know what? I’ve created a life … this is great … this is great.’ I don’t really care how it looks any more, you know what I mean? If that makes sense? I’ve always had body issues, and I was always self-conscious about, you know, whether it’s showing my stomach off… and now I’m just real proud of the function of it, of everything it can do. So, I don’t know if it’s a mental thing that just turns into a physical thing. If that makes any sense?”

3. She Works Out With Others

Lynch likes to workout with her fellow wrestlers. Specifically, her husband Seth Rollins and Cesaro. Lynch talked about this in an interview with Muscle & Fitness. “Myself, Seth, and Cesaro, we’re always competing against each other on DeadBoys Fitness. We’re so competitive. I think that pushes me because I always want to win. I usually do.”

4. She Uses A Stationary Bike

Lynch likes to use a stationary bike to stay in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself on one. Lynch captioned the post, “Deadly workout.” Penn State PRO Wellness states that riding a stationary bike is a form of interval training, which means it is very beneficial. “Interval training allows you to alternate short bursts of intense exercise with longer intervals of less intense exercise. This type of training can help you burn more calories in less time, and also elevate your cardio fitness.”

5. She’s Honest

Lynch opened up about writing her book to USA Today. She says that she wanted to be as honest as possible in it. “I just tried to be honest with myself. You have to really reflect and go, ‘When were you lying to yourself?’ Because there's lots of times in life that we lie to ourselves but we don't realize until afterward."

Bayley is a very prominent wrestler. She is signed to WWE, and is the longest reigning SmackDown Champion. She is also a Raw Champion and Tag Team Champion. Bayley appeared in WWE’s Wrestlemania. She advertised the event and shared highlights on Instagram. She captioned it, “Wrestlemania Week: Part 1.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bayley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Wrestles

Wrestling is naturally, the main way Bayley stays in shape. CarmelUSAWrestling.org states, “Wrestling inherently provides a full-body workout that recruits all of your muscle fibers, tendons, and ligaments, enhancing your overall physical condition naturally over time. Regular wrestling training promotes strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance, making it the best available approach to getting in shape and bolstering your health.”

2. She Weight Trains

In this video, Bayley took her fans through her fitness journey. She is seen lifting weights in it. According to the Mayo Clinic, weight training has a lot of benefits, including weight loss and preventing osteoporosis. “By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

3. She Box Jumps

Side,View,Image,Of,Fit,Young,Woman,Doing,A,BoxShutterstock

In her workout video, Bayley is seen doing box jumps. Joho Fitness states that box jumps are a great workout. “In box jump training you work all of your leg muscles and strengthen your core using your own body weight. Box jumps boost your muscular endurance and muscular strength, while also getting some cardiovascular work involved.”

4. She Bikes

In this video she posted on Instagram, Bayley is seen coming back from a bike ride. A Healthier Michigan states that biking has a lot of benefits. “All that work your body is doing by pedaling and balancing not only works muscles in your arms and core, but it counts as serious cardio exercise and burns calories with every spin of the wheels. By biking at a moderate pace, about 12 or 13 miles per hour, a person weighing 155 pounds burns nearly 300 calories in 30 minutes, according to statistics shared by Harvard University. Like to pedal faster? A person of that same weight doing a fast pace of 14 or 15 miles per hour burns more than 370 calories in 30 minutes.”

5. She’s Appreciative

Bayley opened up about her wrestling career in an interview with The Tampa Bay Times. She talked about being in WrestleMania, and how happy she says. “I'm just so appreciative to be here. I believe I do deserve to be here because I fought so hard to get here…I would have been happy just to get onto the show, even happier to be in the championship picture, but now I'm going in having to defend my championship where everyone is gunning for me.”

Nia Jax is a superstar wrestler for the WWE. She recently shared a new reel on Instagram. In it, Jax modeled some new clothes. She wore workout gear and a black tank top and pants. She captioned the reel, “It’s a vibe @FashionNovaCurve. Vital Goddess Active Long Sleeve Infinity. Monte Blanc Sweatsuit. No Jealousy Pant Set.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Nia Jax stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Works Out With Others

Jax likes to train with other people. And sometimes they are her fellow wrestlers. She talked about this to Bill Apter. "I am training. I'll train over at D-Von Dudley's ring. He's great and then I go over to Nattie and TJ's [Natalya & TJ Wilson], so they run me through some drills and stuff like that and I have matches. I'll get in the ring every now and then with some of my friends like Charlotte [Flair] and her husband, Manny [Andrade El Idolo).”

2. She Does Pilates

Group,Of,Women,Exercising,On,Reformer,In,GymShutterstock

In her Bill Apter interview, Jax shared one of her go-to workouts. “I've kind of started being obsessed with Pilates." The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.

3. She Plays Pickleball

Jax is a big fan of playing pickleball to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself playing pickleball with some friends. She captioned the video, “Pickleball stereotypes #iykyk #pickleballislife #pickleball Having too much fun with @anghaskins @sonja_naomi.”

4. She Wants To Inspire Others

Jax wants to be a positive role model. She tells Refinery29 that this is why she started accepting herself. “Maybe a young girl seeing me and not feeling comfortable in her group can feel like, ‘Oh my gosh, look, she went out there and she’s different and I look like her and she’s kicking ass and she’s taking names. Maybe one day I can do that and I should just embrace who I am.’”

5. She’s Positive

Jax is all about self-love. She shared how she adopted this attitude with Metro. “Loving yourself and being happy and positive, that’s where true beauty comes from,” Jax explained. “I get styled and have pounds of make-up put on which is cool and all, but if I walk out with a bad attitude and have crappy negative ways, then nobody would think twice about me. I definitely feel that if somebody is struggling with themselves and how they look, they need to really channel the positivity within.”

Reese Witherspoon is "in our pickleball era,” according to a caption on her new Instagram post. “Pickleball is similar to tennis but has its own court, paddle, ball and rules. Most people find it more forgiving than tennis and easier to play. But even though it can be less impactful on your joints, it’s still a great workout, says physical therapist Jim Edwards, DPT. You need to move quickly and make rapid decisions,” according to the Cleveland Clinic. “Advanced picklers are taking their play to the next level with tournaments across the U.S. and world,” Edwards told the Clinic. So how does Reese stay in shape? Here’s how.

1. She Rides Her Bike

Last week, Witherspoon shared photos of her “Summer so far,” including her on a bicycle. “Health benefits include improved cardiovascular fitness, stronger muscles, greater coordination and general mobility, and reduced body fat. As with other types of exercise, it can also help improve mental health by lowering stress levels and stimulating feel-good endorphins,” says Harvard Health.

2. She Does Yoga

“Yoga is as good as basic stretching for easing pain and improving mobility in people with lower back pain. The American College of Physicians recommends yoga as a first-line treatment for chronic low back pain,” says Hopkins Medicine. “Gentle yoga has been shown to ease some of the discomfort of tender, swollen joints for people with arthritis, according to a Johns Hopkins review of 11 recent studies.”

3. You Know She Reads

Reese’s book club is an empire. This month’s choice? “If you stumbled upon a curiously abandoned house, would YOU go inside? 👀 Our July @reesesbookclub pick, #TheCliffs by @jcourtsullivan follows main character Jane’s journey as she uncovers the past lives of a home. 🔦🏠 It’s an entrancing spin on a generational novel and filled with mystery.”

4. She Hydrates With Lemon in Her Water

“Most of us don’t drink enough water. A daily lemon water habit is an easy way to get your day off on the right foot. How do you know if you’re drinking enough? Your urine is almost clear,” says the Cleveland Clinic. And: “Like all produce, lemons contain phytonutrients, which protect your body against disease. These phytonutrients have powerful antioxidant properties, which prevent cell damage from oxidation, the same mechanism that causes rust.”

5. She Plays Pickleball Now!

“With a smaller court and many quick movements, pickleball is a great way to improve your balance and coordination over time. The game’s lateral movements allow players to build strength while improving stability. Additionally, pickleball exercises your hand-eye coordination, which is especially good for older adults who may experience a decline in hand-eye coordination with age,” says Tallahassee Memorial. “An obvious perk of pickleball is its effect on our physical fitness. With a wiffle-like ball and a smaller court and racket, most people find pickleball to be easier to learn and lower impact than other racket sports while still providing health benefits.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
