Cathy Kelley, a prominent journalist and WWE host, brings energy and charisma to everything she does—even at the gym. Recently, Kelley teamed up with her friend, actress Sarah Michelle Gellar, for a fun workout session, captured in a hilarious Instagram video of Gellar pushing a weighted cart with Kelley perched on top. Beyond her entertaining personality, Kelley is a strong advocate for self-acceptance and empowering women. She’s shared her journey of overcoming bullying and finding confidence, emphasizing the importance of embracing imperfections. Her fitness routine includes boxing, working out with friends, and fueling her day with a simple yet nutritious breakfast of eggs and avocado. Kelley’s balanced approach to fitness and wellness inspires fans to find joy in their own routines.

1. She Accepts Herself

Kelley opened up about finding acceptance with herself to Cliche Magazine. “I was bullied in high school, and that was a major factor in the self-confidence issues and depression I battled. It was really hard shedding that image of myself that others projected on me, but I realize in retrospect, them putting down another person said more about them than it did about me. I thought for the longest time if I were ‘perfect’ everyone would like me, and I’ve learned no matter where you are at in career, or how much talent you have, or how far along you are in your journey of personal growth there will still be people who have an opinion. The moment you are able to embrace and own your imperfections is when you can truly be free!”

2. She Wants To Promote Women

Kelley is all for the WWE’s promoting of women. She talked about this with Cliche Magazine. “Everyone needs a role model, or someone to look up too. It’s easier to have big dreams when you see someone who looks like you accomplishing big goals. I can’t tell you how incredible of a feeling it is, seeing so many young girls attending WWE shows decked out in the gear of their favorite superstar. It gives me all the feels!”

3. She Likes Eggs

Chicken,Eggs,In,Carton,Box,On,Wooden,Table.Shutterstock

Kelley shared her favorite breakfast in her Us Weekly interview. “If I’m home, I typically have an egg with avocado, plus one very large coffee.” Eggs have a lot of health benefits. Keck Medicine states, “Eating eggs leads to elevated levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), also known as the “good” cholesterol. People who have higher HDL levels have a lower risk of heart disease, stroke and other health issues. According to one study, eating two eggs a day for six weeks increased HDL levels by 10%.”

4. She Works Out With Friends

Cathy Kelley.4Sarah Michelle Geller/Instagram

As you can see from the Instagram post, Kelley likes to workout with friends. She talked about this in an interview with Us Weekly. “Over the past few years, exercise has become a fun and calming part of my life rather than a chore. On the weekends, I usually get together with a girlfriend for a workout class. I’m currently loving boxing.”

5. She Boxes

As you can see from the previous blurb, Kelley likes to box. Southern Colorado FCA states that boxing can help with your core. “Many sports do a poor job of developing a strong core that is vital to an athletes overall performance. A weak core can create all kinds of problems - from back pain, lack of balance, poor movement, a weak stance, etc. A weak core can also contribute to other muscles working over time to compensate for an underdeveloped core. The typical high school athlete spends roughly 8 hours a day sitting - most likely sitting in poor posture. An athlete's core is often an afterthought needing intentional attention to be developed. Boxing provides a great focused core workout without all the crunches. Core development comes from maintaining a strong stance, delivering punches on a heavy bag, shadow boxing, and more.”

Tiffany Stratton is known for her aggressive attitude in the WWE world—and she works hard to put her money where her mouth is. The wrestling star is all muscle, and one thing she never skips is leg day. Stratton, 24, shared pictures of herself posing in a pink sports bra, her blonde hair tied back in a ponytail with a matching pink scrunchie. “Buff Barbie reporting for leg day 🫡🎀,” she captioned the post. “Beautiful,” a fan commented. Stratton is a beast inside and outside the ring—here’s how she stays strong, focused, and ready for a fight.

1. Crossfit and Bodybuilding

Stratton has always been athletic and strong. “I used to be a bodybuilder,” she told TV Insider. “I did one show and won the entire thing. I used to do CrossFit. I feel like people are surprised at that. They look at me and think pretty blonde. I was an elite gymnast. I was on the national team. I just think people look at me and forgot what I did before coming into wrestling… I definitely feel like I have a chip on my shoulder. I feel people look at me and see just another blonde that looks pretty. I always deliver in the ring. I take wrestling very seriously. I take these premium live events very seriously.”

2. Sculpting Her Physique

Stratton got into bodybuilding after seeing photos of herself and being unhappy with her appearance. “I was kind of chubby in all honesty if I look back at my photos,” she said on the Out of Character with Ryan Satin podcast. “So I got into bodybuilding. That is exactly what I wanted. I wanted to be able to form my muscles to how I wanted them to look. That's why I got into bodybuilding and I went through a whole prep, a bodybuilding prep and that was life changing. I'm so glad I did that before I came to the WWE, because now I know how to get in shape for a big pay-per-view or just in general bodybuilding definitely taught me that and the discipline for dieting and stuff is on another level.”

3. Wonder Woman Dreams

Stratton has big dreams of becoming an action hero. “I would love to go into acting,” she told TV Insider. “My dream role would be some cool action superhero girl that does cool flips. That’s my dream role. Like a Wonder Woman. I’m a big fan of her. I was dressed as her for Halloween one year.”

4. Inspired By Charlotte Flair

Stratton was inspired by Charlotte Flair to go into wrestling. “I would say I was flipping through the channels. I came across a random Friday Night Smackdown and I saw Charlotte Flair,” she said on the Out of Character with Ryan Satin podcast. “I saw that she was blonde, she was buff, she could flip, she could talk some [trash], and I was like, that is literally everything that I can do."

5. Private Life

Stratton keeps strict boundaries between her personal and private life. “I still try to keep my private life private,” she told TV Insider. “But I’ve always behaved like a champion, even before I became a champion. I know how to act in public. It wasn’t like I had to change how I acted within the public eye. I was always very put together and never got drunk at a club and was acting crazy. So I’ve been able to avoid that.”

Aliyah is hitting the gym – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the WWE star flaunts her amazing figure in exercise shorts and a crop top during an exercise session. “Back at it again this morning with another roof top finisher,” she captioned the Instagram video. In it she does kettlebell swings, squats, and lunges amongst other exercises using the weight. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. From Circus to WWE

Aliyah went to circus school “because I wanted to be a wrestler," she told WWE. "I remember watching Tough Enough and seeing that they were doing rolls and stuff. I connected that with the circus, which was an option as an after-school program, so I chose that. I learned a lot of skills there, like acrobatics, that transferred over to wrestling… [Circus training] is very physically demanding. You have to have a certain athleticism. You have to be able to jump. Your body has to be able to move a certain way. It takes a lot of flexibility. There's a lot of physicality in wrestling, too. You have to be athletic."

2. Strength Training

Aliyah’s workouts consist mostly of strength and weight training. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

3. Enjoying Exercise

Aliyah loves to workout. “I enjoy … everything. I really can’t think of just one thing. I love the in-ring training, I love how we have a full gym and get to work on our physiques. I love the whole facility. It’s like Disneyland to me

4. Riding Horses

Aliyah rides horses. “Ain’t nothing new under the sun 😘 #horsegirl,” she captioned a post of herself on horseback. The American Heart Association maintains that riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

5. Training Hard

Aliyah trains hard "I would go to the gym every day," she says about how she prepped for her WWE tryout. "I would go to wrestling training five times a week. I was eating the cleanest I've ever eaten in my life. I'd practice interviews in the mirror every day. I gave 110 percent to be ready for the tryout."

Bea Priestley is getting her sweat on – with Aleah James and Isla Dawn. In a new social media post the WWE wrestler shows off her incredible body in workout gear during a group fitness session with her wrestler pals. “Difficult difficult lemon difficult,” Dawn captioned the Instagram Stories reshared by Bea. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Brain Surgery

Human,Body,Brian.3dShutterstock

Bea underwent brain surgery when she was 18, to have a tumor removed. When asked what it was like she told SPW Insider, “Funnily enough I was knocked out so I don’t remember! The hardest part was the recovery process afterwards. I wasn’t allowed to run until two months afterwards. I wasn’t allowed to go to the gym until six months after my surgery. It wasn’t a highlight of my life, but it’s drawn attention to me and made me stand out as a wrestler – because how many wrestlers have survived brain surgery and continued to wrestle? It was just the recovery process, just sitting on your bum and not knowing if you’d be able to wrestle again.”

2. Cycling

Bea PriestleyBea Priestley/Instagram

In the recent video, the girls do circuits, lifting weights, jumping rope, and cycling on the airbike. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis. 3. Hot Tub Soaks

To relax and recover, Bea enjoys hot tub soaks. If you don’t have a jacuzzi, take a bath! They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

4. Workout Buddies

Bea understands the importance of workout buddies, which help motivate and keep you accountable. “Got each others back in the ring and gym,” one of her recent Instagram Stories of herself with her workout group reads.

5. Strength Training

Her advice to anyone who wants to become a wrestler? “Go to the gym as well. When you get to a higher level you do understand how much more physically demanding it is. You have someone else’s life in your hands, essentially. It could be dangerous if you don’t stay in shape and keep fit,” she told SPW Insider. She shared a photo of the two of them on her Instagram story, captioning it, “Back getting destroyed by @marymillermethod.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sarah Michelle Gellar stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Loves Green Juice

A,Woman,Pours,A,Smoothie,From,A,Vitamin,Cocktail,IntoShutterstock

Gellar shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with WhoWhatWear. She says that she loves to make green juice in the mornings, and shared her favorite recipe. “My favorite thing is to have a green juice. I go every weekend to the farmers market and I get fresh kale, spinach, celery, and lettuces and I blend it all together. That's my favorite thing before I work out.” The Mayo Clinic states, “Juicing can play a role in a balanced diet. For instance, it can help you get fruits and vegetables if you don't enjoy eating them.”

2. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Gellar makes skincare a priority. She shared her favorite products with Woman’s Day. "Luckily, growing up in this business, I’ve always had access to great skincare, and I understand how important it is. Not to say that I’m not a product junkie, and I love trying new brands. I love Augustinus Bader, I love Sunday Riley right now, Vintner’s Daughter. For me, it’s just about really clean skin.”

3. She Washes Her Face Each Day

Woman,Washing,Her,Face,In,The,BathroomShutterstock

Gellar told Woman’s Day that she makes sure to wash her face daily. "My family always jokes that when I come in the house, I have to put on comfortable clothing and wash my face, the second that I get inside. Maybe that’s from growing up in New York City, and really being around dirt and smog. It’s like, you know the old: ‘Don’t talk to mom till she’s had coffee in the morning?’ I’m, ‘Don’t talk to mom until I’ve cleaned my face, when I’ve gotten home from being outside.’ What’s lucky is now my kids have picked up on that, and are really good about skincare as well.”

4. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Gellar likes to do a variety of workouts. She shared her favorites in her Woman’s Day interview. “I like to be outside, we have three dogs, it’s a great excuse to hike and be outside, and really to combine physical and mental wellness. Luckily, I do like a hard exercise. I like to sweat. For me, Pilates has always been that. I love The Studio (MDR) and Pilates Platinum, and anything in the ocean, swimming, pool, all of it."

5. She Works Out With Others

Sarah.Michelle.Geller.5Sarah Michelle Gellar/Instagram

Gellar also shared some of her fitness secrets in her Woman’s Day interview. She says that she likes to workout with others, as you can see from her Instagram story photo. "Physical health is hand-in-hand with emotional health, so you really have to look at them holistically, and not separately. I definitely like to be with friends, I find that I workout better in a class if I’m with my friends.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
