In a new social media post the Yellowstone Romance star flaunts her sensational figure in a two-piece exercise set during an al fresco workout over the weekend. When it comes time for a drink, you can find Stephanie sipping on a glass of red wine. "Study view, with 🍷," she captioned a post. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

Horseback Riding

Stephanie enjoys riding horses. "She's a cowgirl 🐎," she captioned a post.  According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health.
