Kira Kosarin is going rock climbing in her workout gear. In a new social media post The Thundermans star shows off her incredibly fit figure during an active day in nature. “Turns out the birthplace of american rock climbing is, in fact, a fun place to climb 🧗♀️✌️,” she captioned the Instagram post. Another she captioned "Hot REI Girl Summer." How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Strength Training
Kira hits the gym for strength training sessions. “Operation summer is a go!!! 🫡☀️ (soaking up as much goodness as possible here at home before we move to Vancouver in two months to start filming the new show :’))” she captioned a post that included a gym pic. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

2. Snorkeling
Kira enjoys snorkeling when she is on vacation. “So grateful to have gotten to witness this beautiful little beast today. we gotta keep our oceans and reefs clean and safe so these gorgeous, complex underwater worlds can continue to exist,” she captioned an underwater snap.
3. Yoga
Yoga is part of Kira’s “daily routine,” she revealed in a post. “When I’m not making music, I’m doing yoga, and this week I’m doing both in the sand 🥰✨,” she wrote. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
4. Hiking

5. Pilates
In one post, Kira revealed that is a fan of Pilates, adding that she “loves that workouts relieve so much stress.” Why is pilates a good workout?
