Pussycat Dolls singer and actress Nicole Scherzinger may be in her 40’s, but you’d never tell from looking at her. The Sunset Boulevard star looks the same way she did when her song “Don’t Cha” was released 20 years ago. Nicole shares a lot of bikini posts on Instagram. In a recent video, she lay on the beach in a blue suit, her amazing figure on display. Nicole wrote in the video, “They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, but it took me 2 days of vacation to get used to not working.” She captioned the post, “I adapt quick, what can I say?” Here are 5 ways Nicole Scherzinger looks decades younger.
She Loves Tea
Nicole shared some of her favorite products in an interview with New York Magazine. She says that she loves drinking tea as a replacement for coffee. Nicole’s favorite brand is the Tumeric and Ginger Tea from Vahdam. “I recently decided to quit caffeine and started drinking this tea instead. I love turmeric and ginger because of their anti-inflammatory properties, and they just taste good.”
She Uses A Beauty Elixir

Nicole also shared some of her go-to skincare products with New York Magazine. One of her favorites is the beauty elixir from Caudalíe. “This is a classic mist. Whatever oils are in it leave my skin tingling, and that’s my favorite part. It actually feels like it’s working to wake up the skin. I use it when I’m tired, especially when I’m done flying and need to freshen up. I use it to do a little touch up too since it’s illuminating.
She Loves Face Masks

Nicole likes to use face masks from 111Skin. “I love these face masks,” she tells New York Magazine. “They’re like a beautiful, healthy drink for my skin. They have the best texture — it barely feels like there’s anything on your face. I primarily use them to prep my skin and get it in a really wonderful place before putting on makeup. My favorite’s the rose gold because it’s calming, tightening, and gives me a glow. It does everything.”
She Does High-Intensity Interval Training

Nicole shared some of her diet and exercise secrets with Women’s Health. One of her favorite ways to stay in shape is doing high-intensity interval training. “I like to switch it up and try new things,” Nicole said. “But most recently, I’ve just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts. I feel like I get more results that way.”
She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Nicole makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite breakfasts with Women’s Health. “I love eggs and bread with a side of smoked salmon or some ham,” she said. “If I have some frozen fruit laying around, I’ll make an oat milk smoothie. Sometimes I’ll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory.”
