Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Nicole Williams English is spending time in nature—and showing off her Alo Yoga gear. English shared pictures of herself wearing bright red leggings, jacket, and headband, posing against a dramatic mountain landscape. "Mountain Views 🏔️🦅 @alo," she captioned the post. "Hot," commented Draya Michele. Here's how the WAGS LA star stays fit, strong, and full of energy.
Pregnant Rookie Of the Year

English was pregnant during her Sports Illustrated Rookie of 2023 shoot. "Shooting on the beaches of Dominica while 8 months pregnant felt surreal," she told PEOPLE. "I've wanted to be a Sports Illustrated Rookie my entire career, so when I received the call that I was the first Rookie of 20
Sleek Hair Bun

English is a pro at wearing a sleek bun that stays put all day. "My slick bun is my go-to look," she told E! News. "The trick is to use a no slip grip hair elastic so that it really pulls your hair back and keeps it there. I also always use Moroccan Oil hairspray as well… I wrap my hair into a bun over the elastic and tie another one over it. Scunci makes a good one! It helps keeps my hair tightly pulled back."
Pilates Workouts

English loves Pilates workouts for a strong, toned physique. "The best workout to get your body long and lean 💪🏼 I've never really loved working working out but Pilates really makes it fun and I see instant results…Plus I love getting on Thalia's nerves 😜 @thesomahouse (tap video to see in full)," she captioned an Instagram post.
Manifesting Her Dreams

English dreamed of being an SI model for decades. "I have been manifesting this for over 20 years," she told PEOPLE. "My whole career has stemmed off of me wanting to be a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit rookie, so I waited a really long time and I never ever thought in my wildest dreams it would be when I'm pregnant, 39 and married… I'm 40 now, which is wild. I worked really, really hard to be here and I'm just so proud of the journey. I wouldn't have had it any other way because being pregnant and being able to show my daughter this is what dreams are made of.
Coconut water

English swears by coconut water to stay hydrated throughout the day. "I love my coconut water!" she told E! News. "I get migraines so the coconut water helps me stay hydrated throughout the day while I'm on the go. VitaCoco and Harmless Harvest are a few of my favorites."
