Former professional wrestler and TV personality Nikki Garcia (one half of the Bella twins with sister Brie) is getting back into her fitness routine after some time off. Garcia, 40, shared a video of herself wearing black workout gear, using kettlebells and a barbell at the gym. “Shaking… vacay is officially over… time to get back on it! Why at times does it feel like I’m starting all over 😭 lol Also did lunges, arm exercises and more ab exercises too. PS check out those sparkly @apl Obsessed! Thank you!! I know… I should have worn black socks lol,” she captioned the post. Here’s how this busy mom and entrepreneur stays happy, healthy, and fit.
1. Low-Impact Exercises
Garcia loves yoga, Pilates, and barre workouts. “I also love power-walking,” she told Us Weekly. “It’s about having a healthy lifestyle. I don’t drink soda; I don’t eat fried food unless it’s french fried every now and then. I make sure to get protein and veggies in.”
2. Eat Your Vegetables
Garcia has a holistic approach to health and beauty. It’s important to be healthy. You live happier and longer!” she previously told What Lola Likes. “And feel better. Grilled chicken, fish and veggies are my besties. And brown rice at lunch. And you can never ever drink enough water. That’s the secret to perfect skin and smooth legs!”
3. WWE Star
Garcia is very proud of her WWE run. “I would say winning the WWE Divas Championship [was best personal accomplishment] because the company had faith in me that I could represent the Divas and that I was a role model,” she previously told What Lola Likes. “That moment that I knew I was going to win was a reward to myself for all the hard work I had put in. Not only all my hard work I put in the ring but outside the ring at charity events and overseas with our military. All the work we did outside of the ring put an incredible smile on my face. In the end I do what I do for my fans, not only do I give to them but they give to me. They make me feel accomplished and loved.”
4. Advice For Younger Self

Garcia wishes she could give her younger self some advice. “I would definitely tell my younger self to lose expectation!” she told New Beauty. “Don’t even let that word be in your dictionary. Know that life’s a roller coaster. Ride, stay on your path. Have your goals, but know life happens. And that’s O.K.”
5. Thriving In Her 40s
Garcia has no qualms about her 40s.“One thing I’ve noticed going into 40 is just what a stronger woman I’ve become,” she told New Beauty. “It’s everything I’ve heard about women in this decade! I love how much more I’m using my voice, setting my boundaries, and living my life. I like where I am at—I’m a mom, I’m a wife, I live in Napa Valley with my sister, we make wine, we have this great career. I feel fortunate and we have great health going into this next decade. I feel blessed.”
