Nina Dobrev In Bikini Says “I Might Not Come Home” From Mallorca

Nina Dobrev is soaking up the summer sun. She recently took a trip to Spain for a wedding, and is currently spending time in Mallorca. Nina’s been sharing a lot of highlights from her vacation on Instagram. Recently, she included a photo of herself in a leopard print swimsuit by the pool, a black bikini in the ocean, and a red halter suit while walking in an alley. Nina captioned the post, “14 reasons I might not come home.” How does Nina Dobrev keep her swimsuit ready body in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Nina shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women’s Health. She says that she likes doing a lot of different workouts. “I’m getting older and more conscious of what I eat and how I eat it and what I do,” she explains. “Doing something different [each day] has been the most fun, and I’ve seen the most benefit because you shock your system.”
She Eats More
Nina tells Women’s Health that she’s made some changes to her diet, specifically eating more often. Nina says that she eats every two hours. “I feel healthier,” she says. “You’re happier when your body is full, your brain functions better, and you’re a nicer person. I would get hangry, I think, because I was so busy running around that I wasn’t the best version of myself.”
She Built A Home Gym
During the pandemic, Nina decided to build a home gym to keep herself in shape. She talked about the process in an interview with Shape Magazine. “I’m really proud of my home gym, I use it a lot. It’s really nice to have that flexibility of working out, whether it’s really early in the morning before I got to set, or really late a night when I get home from set, or after a long flight.”
She Works Out With Her Friends
In an interview with People, as reported by TODAY, Nina revealed that she likes to exercise with her friends. “When you do it with your friends, it motivates you to have a little bit of healthy competition. You want to give up, but you look over and you see that your friend is still going, so you keep going even more and push through the burn.”
She Eats A Balanced Diet
When it comes to food, Nina believes in balance. She shared some of her favorite healthy meals and indulgences with Refinery29. “It’s all about finding a balance — my go-to is seared salmon with roasted veggies, and I also love some truffle fries and a cheddar cheeseburger with lots and lots of ketchup.”
