Nina Dobrev In Patterned Bikini Enjoys The Sunshine

Nina Dobrev is enjoying the summer weather, and her recent Instagram post proves it. She shared a set of photos of herself and a friend sunbathing by the pool. In it, Nina wore a patterned bikini, her amazing figure on display. Nina captioned the post with a sun emoji, implying that she was loving the sunshine. She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized
Nina has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells People Magazine that her skincare routine has changed as she’s gotten older. “I wash my face a lot more,” she admits. “I used to sleep with my makeup on when I was in my early 20s. In my 30s, I’ve obviously gotten a lot more strict about making sure to wash my face and taking off my makeup every night, using amazing products, like Shiseido, and just keeping the moisture in the skin,” she adds. “That’s the biggest one, probably.”
She Uses A SPF

A big part of Nina’s skincare routine is using SPF. She tells People that this is something that she has learned to incorporate into her skincare routine. “When I was younger, I definitely was not as aware [of using SPF] because I have an olive complexion and I don’t burn that easily,” Nina says. “As I’ve gotten older, I [use SPF] for vanity reasons, for cancer reasons, for all kinds of reasons. I always put SPF on. It’s the first thing I do after my moisturizer, and then I apply my makeup on, and sometimes I even use a sunscreen spray afterward, throughout the day.”
She Works Her Entire Body

Nina’s trainer, Lissa Bankston, talked about working with the actress in an interview on Les Mills’ website. Lissa makes sure that Nina works her entire body. “We do interval and circuit training that mimics the moves that you might do in a HIIT workout. I usually incorporate something I call ‘push, pull, rotate’ where we train the upper body, lower body and core with those three modalities. And Nina loves working her core and her butt – so there’s always a little finisher of core and butt work too!”
She Works Hard

According to Lissa, Nina makes sure to work hard when she’s in the gym. “She’s actually quite competitive,” Lissa says of the actress to Les Mills’ website. If her friends come along to the workout, she will always be the last man standing, always doing one more rep. She’s also so much stronger than she thinks she is. Her legs are quite lean but she is seriously strong, I think that’s because she’s always done a lot of dancing and yoga.”
She Strength Trains

Nina shared some of her fitness secrets with Shape, as reported by Women’s Health. “I actually did not do a lot of [strength training],” she reveals. “In the past – I only did yoga and ran in terms of training. Strength training with weights and such a regimented schedule has been new to my life, and now that I understand the way it all works, the science behind it, it’s changed everything for me.
