“Been getting me right,” she captioned one of the Instagram Stories.

Noelle Robinson is hitting the gym in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the daughter of The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey shows off her amazing body in a mirror selfie taken post workout. "Been getting me right," she captioned one of the Instagram Stories. How does the reality star and influencer approach health and wellness? Here is everything you need to know about her approach to lifestyle.

Noelle loves to hike. "Always taking the scenic route," she captioned a snap from one of her outdoor excursions. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Noelle plays tennis. "My favorite doubles partner," she captioned a photo of herself and her dad on the court. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," explains ACE Fitness

You can also find Noelle on the golf course. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

In the winter, Noelle hits the slopes for some downhill skiing. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

In one of the photos Noelle sits on a Pilates reformer. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

In one of her Instagram Stories, Noelle reveals that Tonal workouts have been helping her get into shape. The workout equipment is basically an at-home approach to strength training. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills
