Jhenny Andrade is breaking a sweat – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the Octagon Girl shows off her amazing body in a bright blue exercise outfit while doing a workout with exercise bands. “Get moving,” she captioned the Instagram video. “A perfect Star Barbie doll ❤️❤️❤️❤️️❤️,” commented one of her followers. “Wow... Gorgeous My Baby 😍❤️🔥🔥🔥,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.


1. Strength Training

Jhenny’s main form of fitness is strength training. Aside from doing her leg band exercises, she does a lot of other effective moves in another video, including squats, pulldowns, leg extensions and lots of free weight lifts. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

2. Boxing

3. Ab Work

Jhenny does a lot of ab work. She recently shared a video of herself executing the perfect series of crunches.

4. Coffee

Jhenny is a coffee drinker “My good morning doesn't start without my coffee ☕️ From 0 to 10, how passionate are you about coffee?” she captioned one of her posts. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

5. Hula Hoop and Jump Rope Workouts

Jhenny is a fan of hula hoop and jump rope workouts. “Come on ladies, tune your waist and define your abs. Pah Pah Pah Bambolê is a miracle! Who has ever done this ?” she captioned a video of herself getting her hula on.
