"Cage side," she captioned the Instagram snap with her followers. "Too gorgeous 🔥😍," commented one. "Perfection," added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Early Morning Workouts

In an interview with The Daily Mail, Red revealed that health is a prioritiy for her. She starts every day with a  sweat session. "Health and fitness has always been part of my life since I was 17," she said. "I wake up early to go to the gym to start my day.

A "Balanced" Diet

Red also prioritizes healthy eating. One way she does this? "I cook my own meals," she added, "and make sure I maintain a balanced diet."

Baths

Red loves indulging in self-care. One of her methods? Baths. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Hydration

Red makes sure to hydrate. "Living that coconut 🥥 🌴 kinda life RN!!" she captioned a post of herself drinking out of a coconut. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Long Walks

Red makes sure to get her steps in. She told Daily Mail that she goes on "long walks two to three times a week." Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
