She decided to spend her holiday in Punta Cana, and shared some highlights on her Instagram recently. In them, Flowers is seen on the beach and with her loved ones. She Strength Trains
Flowers likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She is seen doing exercises like dual pulley rows, lateral pulldowns, and arm exercises with hand dumbbells in the previous Instagram post. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”
She Does Squats
Flowers shared this video on Instagram of herself in the gym. One thing she is seen doing is squats. Flowers does them with a barbell and does Bulgarian split squats with hand dumbbells. Squats have a lot of benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Love them or hate them, squats can work wonders for your strength, flexibility, physique and power. She Does Core Workouts

Flowers has an impressive core. Naturally, she does a lot of core workouts to keep herself in shape. In her Instagram video, she is seen doing things like leg drops and mountain climbers. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts are extremely important. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities.”
She Does Deadlifts

Flowers is seen doing deadlifts with hand dumbbells in the previous Instagram video. According to ACE Fitness, deadlifts have a lot of benefits. “One significant benefit of the RDL is that it teaches clients how to lift from the hips instead of using the lower back. The base move of the RDL is the standing hip hinge, which is an important component of learning how to squat correctly.”
She Plays Tennis
Flowers likes to play tennis to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself on the court. The Columbia Association states that tennis has a lot of benefits. “Tennis includes short bursts of activity, it offers the same conditioning benefits of interval training, which has an unparalleled positive effect on the heart and lungs, slashing your risk of heart disease by 56% (!).
