In them, she posed in an infinity pool in a strapless pink swimsuit, showing off her figure. She captioned the post, "Who knew my fiance was a photographer." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Olivia Culpo stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
She Stays Hydrated, Especially When On The Road
Culpo shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with ETOnline. She says that staying hydrated is very important to her. Culpo specifically says that she tries to do this when she travels and needs the energy. "I'm big on keeping up with hydration and adding electrolytes to my water, especially when traveling."
She Uses The 80/20 Rule
Culpo also shared her diet with ETOnline. She says that she is a big believer in moderation, and doesn't like to cut out her favorite carbs. "I swear by the 80/20 rule," Culpo says. "80 percent clean eating, 20 percent splurging. I grew up in a big Italian family, so I will never say no to homemade pizza and pasta."
She Does A Variety Of Things To Stay In Shape
Culpo does a lot of different workouts. She shared some of her favorites in her ETOnline interview. "Lately I've been really enjoying Pilates and running. I have a trainer I see for more HIIT type workouts, and I do at-home workouts with resistance bands. I also love to run around with my dog, which ends up feeling like a significant workout these days."
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Culpo has amazing skin. She opened up about her day and night routines with Byrdie. "I spend quite a bit of time at night on my skincare routine, and in the morning, I just apply an SPF. I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum ($90). In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally."
She Uses Vitamin C & E
Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare ingredients with Byrdie. She says that she likes to use products with Vitamin C or Vitamin E in them. "I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I Iove the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer ($48)—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil."
