Olivia Culpo is enjoying a beautiful vacation in North Carolina with fiancé Christian McCaffrey. Culpo, 31, shared some highlights of their summer fun, including snaps of her posing in a boat in a white bikini while McCaffrey, 27, cuddles their puppy. “July 2023 BC (before camp) 🫶🏼,” she captioned the post. “It’s a big year for you both and congrats on the engagement. Here is to a Super Bowl for the 49ers to top it off,” a fan commented. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Culpo stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
1. Balanced Diet

Culpo enjoys a balanced diet with no alcohol. [My diet] has some annoying restrictions (no alcohol!) but overall it is all about establishing a healthy meal plan that is high in protein and fiber and low on carbs and sugar,” she says. “Another key part of this meal plan is eating 5 meals a day, spaced about 3 hours apart. I will usually start my morning off with eggs, avocado, turkey bacon, and GG crackers. The crackers are super high in fiber, and this meal gives me the energy to begin my day right.”
2. Pilates and HIIT Workouts
Culpo enjoys a variety of workouts to keep herself from getting bored. "Lately I've been really enjoying Pilates and running,” she says. “I have a trainer I see for more HIIT type workouts, and I do at-home workouts with resistance bands. I also love to run around with my dog, which ends up feeling like a significant workout these days.”
3. Protein and Vegetables

Culpo loves cooking at home, and her typical meals consist of protein and vegetables. “One of my favorite things to make is pan roasted chicken (seasoned with delicious Cajun seasoning, of course) with roasted vegetables like broccolini, brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes,” she says. “I’ll also create a bed of steamed spinach as the base for everything. Pan-roasted recipes like this one are great because you can cook multiple servings and save for the week! For dinner, I’ll often cook a honey and garlic salmon and pair it with roasted vegetables and quinoa. So delicious and easy to make!”
4. Healthy Snacks

Culpo always keeps nuts and apples within reach when she’s on the go. “For a little pick-me-up, I will snack on a quarter cup of nuts mid-morning,” she says. “It’s a simple snack that fills me up, and is also super easy for when you are on the go! Green apples are another one of my favorite snacks, and also easy to eat even when you are on the road.”
5. Her Wellness Habits
Culpo swears by sleep, hydration, and the occasional treat for health and happiness. "I’m big on keeping up with hydration and adding electrolytes to my water, especially when traveling,” she says. “Sleep is also very important for me, and I always start my day with journaling and zero screen time. It’s easier said than done, but very worth it… I swear by the 80/20 rule: 80 percent clean eating, 20 percent splurging. I grew up in a big Italian family, so I will never say no to homemade pizza and pasta.”
