Olivia Culpo is known for sharing a lot of gorgeous photos on social media. Now that she’s expecting her first child with husband Christian McCafferty, she’s wearing a lot of maternity outfits. In a recent TikTok, Olivia lounged by the pool in a white bikini with yellow flowers and white cardigan. She captioned it, “She’s beauty, she’s grace, she’s Googling ankle explosion rates.”

When it comes to her diet, Olivia is a big believer in moderation. “I swear by the 80/20 rule,” she said to Entertainment Tonight. “80 percent clean eating, 20 percent splurging. I grew up in a big Italian family, so I will never say no to homemade pizza and pasta.”

She Loves Nuts

Olivia shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with Women’s Health. When she wants a mid-day snack, she tends to reach for nuts. “I’m obsessed with nuts,” she says. “I do regular mixed nuts because I like the salt. Raw almonds without salt is just too boring for me.

She Cooks

Olivia likes to make healthier versions of her favorite foods. She shared some of the dinners she likes to cook with Women’s Health. “Something that’s delicious is ground turkey with taco seasoning on a GG Cracker with a little bit of cheese,” she says. “Or, I top a GG cracker with Rao’s tomato sauce and cottage cheese or low-fat cheese and put it in the microwave and it tastes like a pizza.”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Olivia does a lot of different workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorites in her Entertainment Tonight interview. “Lately, I’ve been really enjoying Pilates and running. I have a trainer I see for more HIIT type workouts, and I do at-home workouts with resistance bands. I also love to run around with my dog, which ends up feeling like a significant workout these days.”

She Sometimes Limits Her Carbs

When Olivia wants to make changes to her diet, she tends to limit her carb intake. “I try really hard,” she tells HollywoodLife. “I really try to cut out carbs when I’m not working. When I’m preparing for something and being good, I cut out carbs. So my ideal good day would be egg whites, avocado, turkey bacon for breakfast. Then, for lunch, I would have a salad with protein, and for dinner, I would have veggies with protein. Does that happen regularly? No.”
