The two tied the knot in 2024 and recently announced they're expecting their first child together. Here are six things Olivia Culpo does to keep herself in great shape.

1. Olivia Culpo Does Pilates and Runs

2. She Follows The 80/20 Rule

When it comes to her diet, Olivia follows the 80/20 rule. That means she eats healthy 80% of time and saves the other 20% for her indulgences.

"I swear by the 80/20 rule: 80% clean eating, 20% splurging. I grew up in a big Italian family, so I will never say no to homemade pizza and pasta," she shared with ET Online.

3. She Does 20-Minute Workouts

Olivia can accomplish a lot in 20 minutes, including performing a solid workout. She preciously revealed how her 20-minute cardio challenge came about in an interview with Hamptons Magazine.

"I started something on my Instagram called the 20-Minute Cardio Challenge, and that is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want," the celeb explained. "I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes. You want to get your endorphins going—get some movement going. It's just something that it doesn't feel too overwhelming. We'll get you moving, and before you know it, it's over."

4. She Used A Nutrition Program

Olivia turned to the Sakara Life Nutrition program to eat better.

"I needed a little reset after a lot of late nights and travel. I do the 5-day meal program intermittently throughout the year whenever I feel like I need a jumpstart and the results always speak for themselves—especially my energy levels!" she posted on her Instagram.

5. She Balances Her Diet and Wellness Habits

Olivia makes sure to be gentle to herself. She explained to Hamptons Magazine that this approach helps with her overall wellness routine.

"I think that you have to make living a wellness-driven life fun, and that's where the balance comes in," she said. "It's not fun to always be dieting. It's not fun to feel like every workout you do isn't enough. I feel like if you're too strict with yourself, or you're too strict with your diet, you're basically telling yourself that you're not good enough. More gentle goals are what works for me because they're just more fun."
