Olivia heads to Starbucks every day. Her order? A vanilla latte with oat milk. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. Olivia loves social media. “I don’t feel too much pressure, because doing social media is always something that I’ve loved, and I’ve always taken it pretty seriously,” she told The New York Post. “At times, I can get overwhelmed with how busy things are, but I don’t feel pressure on a day-to-day basis.”

Dunne loves the water, and frequently posts pictures of herself surfing. “Surfing can definitely be considered a form of interval training which combines short, high intensity bursts of speed with a recovery phase, repeated during exercise training,” says CSUSM professor Dr. Sean Newcomer, who researches the health benefits of surfing. “Many surfers believe that while surfing is fun, it’s not necessarily a viable form of exercise on its own.
