She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Dunne stays in shape. Gymnastics Victoria states that the sport has a lot of benefits. "A large amount of time is spent on improving flexibility in gymnastics training. For competitive gymnasts this means improving leaps and jumps. For recreational and adult gymnasts this is about improving the flexibility of muscle groups in order to prevent injury. The more flexible a person's muscles are, the less likely they are to strain or tear a muscle completing everyday tasks."

She Has Balance

Dunne spoke about the importance of finding balance in an interview with People. "The past few years, juggling NIL or ever since my sophomore year, since the summer of 2021, I've definitely had a hard time finding balance. That's really important because if you don't have balance, that can affect your mental health. I finally feel like I got a grasp on it this year. It's just compartmentalizing things mentally is very important in my everyday routine."

She Goes Outside

Dunne spends a lot of time outside. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself in the sun in Baton Rouge. Dunne captioned the post, "Defrosting." UC Davis states that going outside has a lot of health benefits. "Being outdoors can also have relaxing effects on our minds. Nature can provide a mental break by allowing us to temporarily escape the demands of everyday life. It can also boost your creativity and problem-solving abilities. For example, if you're having a mental block writing a paper or can't seem to solve a problem at work, step outside for a breath of fresh air. Take an easy walk around your neighborhood or office, and you just might find the answers you were looking for."

She Has A Dog

Dunne has a dog, whom she prominently features on her Instagram. Harvard Health states that having a dog has a lot of benefits. "Ongoing research is showing that the health benefits of owning a dog are undeniable. Dog owners have lower blood pressure and healthier cholesterol levels, and a lower risk of heart disease, than non-owners. There are also many psychological benefits to having a pooch around. Dog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Simply petting your dog can make you feel less stressed."

She Horseback Rides

As you can see in her recent post, Dunne loves to horseback ride. The American Heart Association states that riding has a lot of benefits. "Horseback riding has been shown to be good aerobic exercise. Maintaining good posture in the saddle ignites your core muscles. Riding requires strength – so does saddling a horse, and carrying buckets of hay and water."
